My wife ordered on line the 8 PC. CHICKEN + 8 TENDERS FILL UP with 8 pieces of Chicken, 8 Extra Crispy™ Tenders, a Large order of our Secret Recipe Fries, Large Mashed Potato & Gravy, Large Cole Slaw, and Four Biscuits. When she got home the tenders and fries were missing from the order. She had to go back to get them. She talked to the manager and he said he was sorry and the reason it happened was because the tenders come up as a different order. My wife said if that was the case then why aren't the tenders sitting on the counter there. She got home and gave our son his tenders and she started eating her now cold KFC. I had just finished and I asked if our meal came with biscuits. We checked the online menu and our meal did but we had no biscuits. This is the second time this has happened to us where my wife had to go back to KFC to get the rest of our order. Maybe the workers need better training there I don't know, but it should be quite simple to look at a computer screen and put what's on it in a bag. I'm considering contacting KFC corporate. Not because I want something but because I want my order to be right so I can eat hot food...

We decided to splurge a bit and get something nice and different for the family, the food here was excellent when it first opened in westfield, but we just threw 75% of our food in the trash! Our three year old son couldn’t even bite through the rock hard boneless chicken in the kids meal. I could deal with my food being bad, but a kids meal? There’s no excuse for that. The fries felt like they had been made a half hour beforehand, the breading on the chicken was soggy and falling off. The restaurant was also completely empty, and this was several hours before closing time.
I am so disappointed in this KFC, you couldn’t get me to eat there again if the food was FREE!

I said iam standing right here I didn't cancel. She had no response. I asked can I order it though you .she said no go outside and reorder. I said how long will that take. She said as long as it takes. I explained I didn't hang wrong and checked my email .the order was canceled while I was standing talking to her.
