Wagner was recommended to me by a longtime friend and real estate agent. I believe she had her own floors done with them. I got quotes from 3 vendors and their price was was competitive - but what really made me want to work with them was the friendly, helpful, non-pressure sales process. Rick spent a few hours with me and never got impatient. They're tucked away on a back road, but I imagine this contributes to keeping their costs low. They had an awesome amount of selection too - which they helped me narrow down. I was a bit overwhelmed, but they were honest and worked with my budget and timeline. They let me take some great samples home so I could see it in the space and Rick even picked it up when he was in the area so I didn't have to bring it back. (These werent the little chips you get at the big box stores, which really helped). They even coordinated with my awesome painter so that I didn't have to (which, in a reno project is super helpful). Even the install crew was friendly and professional!

I'm looking forward to working with Wagner again, and have already recommended them to several of my friends.

We were so pleased with our experience at Wagner Flooring. Our new home was covered in carpet, and not the nice kind… so we had a lot of work to do before we moved in. During a very stressful and exciting time, it only took us one visit to Wagner to know that they earned our business. Nico is so knowledgable, but even moreso patient - at no point did we feel pressured or rushed, even when it took us several weeks and multiple trips to the store to finally pick out our flooring. We got hardwoods for the main part of the house, LVP for our mud room and basement, and sheet vinyl for the half bath - a little bit of everything?! Nico gave valuable insight into certain products and selections, recommendations on what would work best, what was within our budget, etc. When it came time for install, they worked within our timelines, were professional, quick, and did an awesome job. And soon thereafter, when the movers damaged our brand new flooring (yes, that happened…), Nico came by the very next day to help. We highly recommend Wagner Flooring. They are a wonderful local, small family business - their awesome customer service, great products, and fair prices speak...

We had a horrible experience with Wagner. They came highly recommended, but unfortunately we will not recommend them to any one. The carpet we chose was not like the sample (had we seen what that would look like in a room it would have never been chosen.) Our salesperson never said that it would be a HUGE pattern. The owner himself said it looked like it should be in a funeral home. Multiple walls, base boards, and even my furniture was damaged. Former customers told me they didn’t need to move large pieces of furniture that the installers would work around them and move when necessary. This was not true. They crammed everything into my spare room damaging even more of my items. We were then told “that was in the fine print on the form we signed” by the owner himself. The copy I have does not even have our signature on it. They had no respect for our time, the money we spent, or our belongings. After many conversations with the owner who makes racist remarks we didn’t even want them back...
