We had my kids' birthday party here and then went back with the hour jump lass we got from the party. The place is great. Very busy, loud, but the kids have fun. It's clean. Lots of games. Lots of different jumping and climbing activities. There's a playground, obstacle course, various trampoline squares, a zip line, foam pits with various apparatuses over them (ledges, jump spots, climbing things, etc). There's tons of seating up the trampoline areas for the adults who don't partake. Tons of massage chairs, too. And then at 3pm, it's party time - black lights come on and the kids go ape. My little guy and his party friends loved it. And he loved it more when we went back.
The rate was one of the best ones I've found for the party package. I got party package B - so for 20 kids, they all got one hour of jump time on all the stuff, 40 minutes of party room time (we got 4 pizzas [2 cheese, 2 pepperoni], ice cream, and waters), and the kids all got a game card (I forgot what they got on it). The hostess was very busy, but every time I needed her, she was super kind and helpful. I believe we had Cayden. They mostly just remind you of the times, let you know when you have 10minutes til pizza or 10 minutes til the party room needs to be emptied. But she got me a mask for my mom, she helped me get more plates. Each time, she was super friendly. When she originally greeted us, she was sweet to my little guy and got him hyped up.
They also had a promo where the kids got to bounce AFTER the party. So after we paid, we got an extra sticker pass that allowed all the kids to jump for one more hour for free. So I passed those out, and most of the kids used them. It's definitely the best trampoline park for a party round here. They also supplied balloons in the room, about 3 on each of the 3 tables in the room. The tables are picnic tables. They put different colored tablecloths on them and supplied the utensils and cutlery and napkins. We were able to bring whatever food and drink we wanted. It was great. We were also able to tape up some decorations on the wall, too. They did have a large banner already over the food table, but we put up some of the themed decorations we got. Our hostess got me some tape.
Our package cost us about 685 or something like that. You have to put 150 down originally, so on the day of the party, we paid just under 550. It's totally worth it.

Read moreNot sure if I can truly rate my experience seeing my son and his friends had 2 share the place with 4 bus loads of campers. I booked my time slot 3 days in advance. Personally, they should have blocked out the time they planned to have 200 kids from a camp visiting. Didn't see any cleaning taking place the 2 hrs I was there and not every station had employees working at them. Let alone parents or (camp workers) at that rate, so, kids were just running/playing/shoving with no authority. A bit chaotic. Overall, I would give it one more chance. They had plenty of trampolines, 2 dodge ball courts, a zip line (But, instead of a foam pit underneath the zip line, there was a weird plastic trampoline that didn't catch or protect kids that fell). I watched 2 kids in a short time fall from the highest point with a large thud and them limping away. Yes, my 9 yr old had a blast, but, as a parent I was concerned over the amount of people allowed, lack of supervision at stations, and lack of cleaning (seeing we are still in the middle of...
Read moreThe only reason this place gets 2 stars is for the variety in the activities. We went on 3/13/21 and they had reopened on 3/4/21. There was no hand sanitizer. There were bags from the socks all over the floor. There were water bottles and juice bottles all over the video games. The women’s bathroom was appalling. There were dirty kids underwear on the floor in a stall, toilets weren’t flushed, and the wall below the hand dryer was black. There was no one walking around disinfecting or even just cleaning up the trash! Parts of the trampolines were loose and there was even a part missing exposing the springs on a different area. We made reservations and that system was easy. The place was packed. The staff didn’t seem to be paying attention to the times on the stickers everyone has to wear. It’s too bad that this place isn’t worth 5 stars. It has a lot of potential. We won’t...
