T.J. Maxx — Local services in Westfield

I highly recommend you try this great little place in Westfield as it has become a local favorite... Things like this don't happen by accident as we all know... The staff here is like family with everyone is always smiling, super friendly and attentive. Ribs and Roast pork are the weekend special meals...Cube steak is wonderful for any night and they have other traditional Latin dishes and bites to try. I had Chicken and veggies the other night and enjoyed every bite... We have not had anything here to complain about at all... Please don't expect super fancy but do expect the food to delight with home made taste and great prices to keep everyone happy...They of course do take out here but personally I enjoy dine in experience and they do have a small selection of beers and wines, and varous other beverages and nectars to select from so nothing is forgotten. Horrible experience! Found a dress shirt I really wanted for an upcoming Christmas party, and the shirt had some broken stitching. So, I brought it to a manger named Holly, and asked if some money could be taken off, and I'd gladly sew it. She litterly said "it what it is, and walked away. I confronted her again, and said, that's no way to treat a customer! She answered, "then shop somewhere else!" I have been shopping here for years, as well as my friends and family, and have never been treated this way. I called and talked to some woman named Amy, and she said "It's the holidays, dont take it personally!" I will never shop there again! Definitely passing the world to my friends and family about this store and horrible...

Needs more different sizes to choose from, most are misses, juniors sizes. Men's don't have much of selection, or colognes, or eyewear, They have more house furnishings than men's selection. Alot of the small variety of perfumes & colognes are usually stale from sitting there for long periods of time. Women's clothing would be okay, if they had more woman's sizes than misses sizes, that's there biggest problem, and doesn't have signs indicating that at all! Other than that, there alright for college kids, teenagers, young adults, sizes are juniors most of the time. So be careful what you don't try on, deceiving to the eye. XL is like a medium, bc it's juniors sizes. I didn't see any restrooms, only...
