I ordered in the chaos. OK fine. I’m a vegetarian so I asked for potatoes, extra tomatoes, extra lettuce on my vegetarian crunch wrap supreme .. added some potatoes light on some sauces. I also ordered a cheese quesadilla with potatoes in it and no spicy sauce… I got home unwrapped it and that’s what my supreme looks like no extra of anything and my cheese quesadilla has sauce on it. And we were waiting there for a good 10-15 minutes while they prepared my order. I could literally see the guy looking at the screen and going to get everything that he needed in order to make my food. And for somehow he didn’t follow it!! It says it very clear on my receipt. I paid for extra lettuce, extra tomatoes, potatoes, to be added into my food, and I’ve got zero of it .. I just wanted to have dinner and go home after a long day of work. Come on people do better!!

About a year ago I would of gave 5 stars. Last few months they suck. Orders been wrong. Hardly any toppings to with the nachos. I keep going back hoping maybe they will go back to the way the used to be …but no luck. So I had to place this review.

Hit or miss here, but always edible. Pic is my favorite trip of the past few months. I got a crunch wrap supreme that actually lived up to marketing pics. Forth pic is most recent crunch wrap from the Westfield restaurant. It's more typical.

Came to this location to get my kids something quick before a doc appointment. Hit the drive thru and ordered a grande meal and a few other things. They forgot half the grande meal. Usually I check before leaving but the bag was heavy and I was in a rush. Got to the house to eat quickly and found out. Ok fine, sometimes it happens, they're human too. I called to let them know they forgot half my grande meal and was going to ask if I could still come by and pick it up after the doc appt or if I have to do it before. I paid for a full meal, you owe me a full meal. I didn't even finish asking if I could come by and get my food and the man HUNG UP ON ME. I can excuse the missing food. And I wasn't nasty on the phone. I try to be pleasant in these situations because I've worked customer service for years and been on the receiving end of an unhappy customer that's hostile. And it doesn't feel nice. But I will not be returning to this location after receiving such a rude disregard for their mistake. Yes we called back and spoke to a manager this time. And should be receiving our other half. But this isn't the first time I've had a problem with this location. It's just...

Every time I go to Taco Bell I order something there's always something wrong with it almost every time in order for me to get my Food right I have to go back the next day and complain then they make good on it I would rather the first time go right and pay for my meal they skimp on the meats expecially I order a the triple steak burrito I don't know why they call it triple steak burrito and consists mostly of rice in very few pieces of steak the Taco Bell on 231 East Main Street is the only place I have these problems so FYI if you do buy something from this place check your food before you leave otherwise when you get home you're going to be surprised 95% of the time I order food from this place and bring it home it's not right I do not like complaining to the managers or staff too much because I'm afraid that my food is going to be spit in because somebody that is working in the gets mad because I complain is a shame that I I'm afraid to complain about food that is not done right I've been living in Westfield for 23 years and when Taco Bell first open they were good but for some reason not anymore always an issue every time so good luck when...

General manager is extremely rude. They made my food incorrectly I asked if they could just remake it and they are refusing. Then the general manager hung up when I asked who to contact above him. I think it's ridiculous. If you don't provide a receipt how am I supposed to bring a receipt back. The fact that your systems don't show orders from last night is not my problem. Like I said I have the items to exchange.

The fact that the general manager can't handle a conversation over six soft tacos without hanging up on someone is wild.. If the leadership doesn't care what happens to the orders or the customers, the staff surely won't.

You hung up because you're guilty of terrible service and don't want to address it.

Then after they hung up on me, they took the phone off the hook... Then they put the phone back on the hook so I called back and they took the phone off the hook again. This is the only loser response to six soft taco supreme lol
