Came to this location to get my kids something quick before a doc appointment. Hit the drive thru and ordered a grande meal and a few other things. They forgot half the grande meal. Usually I check before leaving but the bag was heavy and I was in a rush. Got to the house to eat quickly and found out. Ok fine, sometimes it happens, they're human too. I called to let them know they forgot half my grande meal and was going to ask if I could still come by and pick it up after the doc appt or if I have to do it before. I paid for a full meal, you owe me a full meal. I didn't even finish asking if I could come by and get my food and the man HUNG UP ON ME. I can excuse the missing food. And I wasn't nasty on the phone. I try to be pleasant in these situations because I've worked customer service for years and been on the receiving end of an unhappy customer that's hostile. And it doesn't feel nice. But I will not be returning to this location after receiving such a rude disregard for their mistake. Yes we called back and spoke to a manager this time. Read moreGeneral manager is extremely rude. They made my food incorrectly I asked if they could just remake it and they are refusing. Then the general manager hung up when I asked who to contact above him. I think it's ridiculous. If you don't provide a receipt how am I supposed to bring a receipt back. The fact that your systems don't show orders from last night is not my problem. Like I said I have the items to exchange.
The fact that the general manager can't handle a conversation over six soft tacos without hanging up on someone is wild.. If the leadership doesn't care what happens to the orders or the customers, the staff surely won't.
