Haven’t patronized a McDonald’s in over 2 mos., but decided to try their new chicken sandwich this evening. Bun was burnt beyond question and the chicken had been held so long that is was dark, shrunken and dried out. All visually noticeable issues. Was on the way to a appointment and had to go on with inedible food. Stopped there on my home around 8:15pm and tried to go into the building to speak with a manager. Dining room closes at 8pm and drive through down to 1 lane. This location serves the Grand Park traffic and a large portion of Westfield in general and they should have ZERO financial concerns. Do not accept the lies of not being able to keep employees to staff during odd hours. Greed by the ownership has made the choice to only properly staff during peak profit times, instead of taking the good with the bad in order to serve customers in a fashion consistent with normal business practices. Read moreEvery time we order happy meals, instead of getting the nice happy meal box we get a small bag. We go here all the time and we order a lot of happy meals for all our kids and we have NEVER gotten a happy meal box. We just get the small paper bag. We have complained many times that this is false advertisement (Yes, you advertise a product but you deliver something else) and they always reply that they are out. Here is my suggestion. Stock up with happy meal boxes to make your paying customer happy. Train your employees to at least look for the Happy Meal Box and make an effort to at least say they are out. I understand not having them once in a while, but every single time? (We go here at least 3 times a week) All my friends that have kids complain about the same thing for this location.

Read moreRude staff at drive thru for no reason. I'm about as courteous as they come, and go out of my way to be kind to all retail /restaurant employees. Overnight 'manager' (I'm guessing) went at me verbally when I pulled up to the window to see if they were actually open (they're a 24 hr store) bc doors were locked and no one answered at the drive thru. I tried to explain I was just seeing if they were open or not, and she rudely told me that only 2 employees were there, "so, no! " and then said something to the effect that I was LUCKY (?!?) that she even opened the window bc it wasn't protocol to open it if someone just pulls up.....I was so taken aback, I just pulled away as she continued to say something about how polite she was for talking to me...
