Mi Ranchito Tex Mexican — Restaurant in Westfield

They are very inconsistent with making orders correctly. They have screwed up our order 2 out of the three times we've ordered from them. The first time they made our burritos wrong. We let it go because there was no point driving back to have the order fixed.

The second time they forgot to give us a full quesadilla meal. We drove home and realized we were missing it, called and told them and they asked us if we wanted them to make the meal for us (we had already paid for it so of course we wanted them to make it for us).

They have free delivery so you'd think they would offer to drive it to our house. NOPE. We had to wait 15 minutes and then go pick it up.

The only reason I gave two stars is because their quesadillas are very tasty. Their burritos are mediocre at best. If you want a good burrito in Westfield go to Two Rivers Burrito Co. in the center of town.

We were stoked when we first found this place because their food was great. I like that they gave California burritos because I can't eat beans but love burritos so the California burritos are a great bean-free option. Our last few orders, however, have had problems. At first it was small stuff, like a few times we ordered nachos we didn't get jalapeños on them like it was stated there would be. Another recent time, my California shrimp burrito didn't have any shrimp in it. Now tonight, I ordered a taco salad, and I clicked the button for "no beans", yet my order arrived with beans. It also arrived with pieces of thin plastic in it. I thought it was lettuce and accidentally ate some. Then when I looked at the food, I noticed the small pieces of plastic. It's almost like a plastic bag material. Will not be ordering...
