Disappointing Experience After Years of Loyalty
We’ve been regular customers at this Wingstop location for nearly two years, ordering almost weekly and spending $50-$100 each time. Unfortunately, tonight was the worst experience we’ve had.
Despite placing our usual order, we were told it didn’t exist. After providing the order number and details, the staff admitted they had given it to someone else with the same last name. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to blame me for the mistake and were incredibly rude when asked to remake the order. Their lack of professionalism and unwillingness to handle the situation properly led me to cancel the order entirely.

The chicken was cooked, but this is the 3rd time we've ordered, and there was basically the lightest coating of sauce there could be. I don't like complaining to managers. I'd rather just give a few times to see if this is how it is. So we won't be back and I can't recommend them because this is how they always look. It seems to be a usual complaint at several surrounding wingstops too. So saying something probably wouldn't help anyway and just makes me uncomfortable. If your food regularly comes out this poorly them saying something is just futile. So if you like plain boneless wings hit this place up. Waited and waited and waited, then about 4:00 got a text from them saying our order was canceled. I called the store and the manager was rude and dismissive when I was trying to ask why our order was canceled. He told me to take it up with DoorDash, but I placed the order directly on Wingstop's website, not through DoorDash. We placed another order, this time for pickup, which we had to go get while we were hosting people at our house. We were still charged for the original order in addition to our second order.
