We did not eat at Dave and Busters but played spent a couple hours playing games. My three teenage and young adult children had a good time playing the top gun Maverick sure plane simulator game, the motorcycle simulator, the snowmobile simulator, the walking dead and jurassic park shoot em ups, the basketball shooting, beer pong simulator, mario kart, the large pacman games on national pacman day or anniversary (not sure which i heard it was) and a few others. There were many other games, but many of them i wouldn't consider the same value as these. They offered an unlimited pass at $54.99 for an hour and a half of play. We opted to spend less and do a couple $35 passes, which it then upgraded for a couple more dollars and we re-upped an existing card. When it was all said and done i was glad we didn't do the unlimited play. We still had nearly half of our credits left over for another visit, and would have had nothing with the unlimited pass. We didn't run from game to game, but i was surprised at how the credits lasted. Some games were as much as nine credits. We went in a Friday evening around five thirty or six but it was not even close to crowded. Maybe due to high school football season? I don't know. A few younger kids were a bit out of control, but that's on the parents not the kids having fun. It is want enough to complain about. There was only an ocassional brief wait for a few of the games. It was a worthwhile experience, even for my wife who wanted to choose another option over here and just watched the kids play. S he hates any game not on her cell phone, but was glad we went here due to the amount of unique experiences the kids had. There is a human crane game, where someone gets lifted up and becomes "the claw" and gets to grab an inflatable prize. However that was $15-20 per play and we do not try it. It looked like it would be fun for a young kid, but didn't seem very close to worth the cost. Tickets earned for playing games well were loaded back onto our cards but we didn't go to the trinkets store typical of most arcades and try to cash anything in. Save your reloadable card as it costs $3 extra for a new one next time. Very easy to buy the cards or reload them at any of several terminals near the entrance. Credit or debit only though. Didn't seem like you could pay with cash anywhere, which i would have preffered. Every employee we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. One even snapped a group picture for us as he was not very busy st the claw game. This many games are always going to be a bit noisy but nothing was over whelming, nothing was too loud or overly annoying. Not too many flashing lights either. Most games were volumed just right and or just loud enough to hear the dialogue. Tons of parking here. I would recommend going past the entrance to the building and all the way to the far right hand side of the parking lot. Closer and less crowded as most people probably didn't realize this part of the lot...
Read moreSo the lady that helped us stole $90 from me and my dude on 9/30 paid 90 for power card in cash then she charged us on my cc when we called to ask about it she lied says we never paid her the 90 for the card. My husband goes back up to spot and the manager doesn’t want to look at the cameras then doesn’t want to bring the girl HALEY BACK OUT TO BE CONFRONTED! Manager told me to dispute with the bank and he didn’t have time to look at the cameras then he says he didn’t have access to them. Girl knows she stole this money on my son’s birthday and then manager didn’t want to help. Now I have to make a police report and keep going up there until something happens. They need to fix this. Why would I pay for a $90 power card in cash before my bill came. Gave the lady with the pink purse Haley a 100 dollar bill she went to the front desk paid the lady for the card came back with an orange card and ten dollars in cash. Then when I get my bill not noticing I was charged $90 on my bill for the same power card I paid in cash for 3 hours before paying the bill. I didn’t notice until I was on the freeway, I live all the way on the East side I won’t come back to the West if I didn’t have a reason. No help from the manager, first they mess up my food then I was scammed out of $90 then when I tell the manager he refuse to help. I spent close to 500 so why would I lie about $90 bucks come on now. This is not right at all, we tip the lady and treated with kindness just to be scam out of $90. Poor business poor customer service poor management poor poor poor. I will never come back to this place Never! To be treated like this is crazy. To be yelled at by the manager because his employee stole! Shame wait to I take to social media. Leave a story on every platform about the scam that they are doing to pocket extra money. It’s already on Facebook for the people to know that the male manager and employee is scamming ppl out of money. If I could give a negative 10 I would. They need check their workers some of them is thieves! Social Media love stories like this! All I want is my $90 back. Now on the phone the manager said she said we never gave her cash for power card but we gave her $100 bill for the $80+ super charge $10 =$90 she gave us 2 $5.00 bills. But he let it slip out his mouth she said she did give us change, so I ask change for what if we didn’t give her a $100 bill he say I don’t know. Exactly the change was from the $100 bill we gave for the $90 power card. So why is it on my bill. This was a separate bill. We never should’ve been charged $90 on the card we never load the card again. So I paid $180 for a $90 power card. Give me my money back and fire the these who stole the money. The manager and waitress need to be looked into.
I was sitting right next to the ATM and right across from the bar right across from the registers so I know it was cameras. They caught the whole interaction. I know cameras they caught her with Cash loading the card...
Read moreWe visited this establishment to commemorate my fiancé's birthday. We initiated our experience in the dining area, intending to enjoy a meal before participating in games. However, it took over ten minutes for a server to attend to our table, and upon arrival, she failed to introduce herself or provide a warm greeting.
Our meal was disappointing as all four of us encountered problems with our orders. The quality of the French fries was subpar due to possible oil degradation or overcooking, while my salad appeared limp and unappetizing compared to its advertised image. Additionally, we found that the parmesan brussel sprouts lacked adequate cooking time and parmesan.
Our server failed to follow up on our table after delivering the food, and only attended to us again when we were done with out meal, at which time we requested the check. We brought the issue with the fries to her attention and were met with a half-hearted apology, but no offer to replace them. I am understanding that it was busy, but our server specifically was only seen attending our table and one other. She didn’t inquire if we needed refills or ask how our food was.
It took over 12 minutes to receive the check, during which time the server informed us that she was able to have a manager remove the cost of the fries ($2.99) twice from the total.
We had friends drive up 1 1/2 hours to help us celebrate a birthday and it wound up being a terrible experience due to the customer service and quality of food.
After playing some games we went to the bar to get some drinks and try an appetizer. The bartender took over 10 minutes to greet us, despite passing and looking at us multiple times. Our bartender and all the others behind the counter seemed disinterested in being there and I didn’t see a single person that was working smile at a customer even once.
I was looking into having our wedding reception here next year as I have had great experiences in the past, but it seems to have gone downhill. I am glad we were able to come and experience this before spending thousands on our big day for terrible food and service.
Would not recommend to family/friends, and am unlikely to return here for a dining experience.
