Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Westlake

I am sorry to have to give this unfavorable review. I have been ordering from this Jets Pizza location since 2021 and have always been satisfied. I just received my order made this morning by Mike for $51.92, and when I opened the small Cauliflower Pizza, which cost $16.96, I was totally dissatisfied. It was completely burned around the edges about a quarter of an inch and the reverse side with darker than it should be. I took a bite and it was absolutely the worst pizza I ever tasted. I immediately called to speak with Mike of my dissatisfaction, and spoke with Fred, who was totally indifferent, no consideration whatsoever. He told me that's how they come out. I responded that it came out that way because it was in the oven too long. Anyway, I was not happy with Fred, who seemed to not to care. I could have written the review immediately above mine, Amy Annico, who complained about her pizza being burnt on one side and a litany of other complaints, just a week before I make this complaint. As I advised Fred, I am going to have the amount deducted from my credit card. I have never encountered anyone in the food business who cared so little about the establishments reputation when they voiced a displeasure with the food served. This pizza location has lost a good customer, as I truly will not order their pizza again. Seriously, I think the Dollar Tree fast food little pizzas are better in my air fryer than the pizza I just received. Mike was great to deal with and their delivery persons are always kind. But Fred, should have a little consideration and at least try to show...

One year ago I would have given this place five stars. I’m not sure what has happened, but you can’t get a consistent pizza here anymore. Just got one tonight, and it’s burnt on one side. The cheese is sliding off on the same side, and it’s cut unevenly - which is pretty obvious when it’s Detroit style. I always order extra sauce (sometimes 3x ) just to make sure it’s there. Got a pizza last week that was almost MINUS sauce. Dry pizza makes me very sad.

For a while their Detroit style was one of the best pizzas in Cleveland. I eat a LOT of pizza so I know good pizza. They have good sauce. I also loved the repeat texting order option which made it easy to order once or sometimes twice a week.

Honestly the worst pizza I've ever tasted. The old joke "even bad pizza is good pizza" does not apply here. Barely warm, cheese hardened, the bottom crust has a weird texture like cardboard and oddly zero taste. No sweet, no salt, literally no flavor of anything. The kids ate their pizza because they were starving, but mine was so awful i threw it in the trash. We were first time customers, that was made clear when I ordered. The pizza arrive 45 minutes past it's scheduled delivery time. When I called looking for our order the girl on the phone THEN told me they were short drivers and they were just about to leave to deliver it. I'm very sympathetic to being short staffed but Transparency is everything to a customer.
