Subway — Restaurant in Westlake

Sub was messy. As I walk in the store is empty with the exception of 2 females who work for Sunday sitting in the lobby talking to another woman who was out of uniform but appeared to be the owner or manager. No one greets me. I glance around to see if anyone's going to come from the back which doesn't happen. I may eye contact with 1 of the girls who shoots me a rude look as if I'm doing something wrong for simply trying to get her to greet me so I can get my lunch. I stand in front of the counter and turn to them. Before I can say anything since the lack of service has me speechless the out of uniform woman says "anyone going to help the customer. They get up and finally do but first have a conversation abiut who has to help me. The winner doesn't wash her hands but does glove. I work in food service and believe both are important. The girl in the back keeps shooting me odd looks but I keep my mouth shut just wanting to leave quickly.

After all is finished the cashier makes no attempts to upsell me on a meal.

Seems to be a franchise as they clearly don't train and the prices are all higher then most other subways. My sub was sloppy and a mess to eat but thankfully they did give me napkins. Skip if you...

6/26/2018 - I'm in the restaurant right now waiting for the online order that I made for pickup at 12:20. It's now 12:42. I had to flag down the girl at the cash register when I arrived to get her to acknowledge me. When I told her I was there for my online order (it was 12:25 and the order was for 12:20) she just looked at me like I had three heads and then shrugged. So here I am, on my lunch break, sitting and waiting. It's funny, I make the online order so I don't have to wait but the guy that walked in the store ahead of me left before me with his food and he waited in line. Hell, five other people who walked in AFTER me walked out before me. I know because I counted. I have to pass the time somehow.

I've made a couple online orders here previously and it was never this bad so I added a star. But at this point, the only thing keeping me from walking out is the thought that I would be giving these people a free $5.75 for nothing in return.

To top it off, when I actually did have the sandwich made, they didn't have the provolone...

I'm going to start by saying this is a sit down restaurant. I was in with my girlfriend today and was waiting outside the restroom door for someone to exit "it was locked with no sign". I ask the girl behind the counter who has been standing there looking at me clearly waiting to use the restroom. I ask, there's someone in here right? Because it is impossible for anyone to be in that restroom without the cashier knowing due to the size of the restaurant. She lets me know that the restroom is out of order and if I need to use one I can get in my car and drive to a restaurant in the next strip mall. Sit down restaurants require restrooms unless people are supposed to pack up their food and leave if they need to go to the bathroom for any reason during their meal. I highly doubt that they have only one person staffed and no way for them to use...
