This is the worst McDonald's I have been to. It sucks because they are located about 2 minutes from my apartments, but now I will be driving about 7-10 minutes to another McDonalds. The staff is so rude, doesnt greet you at the drive thru window, just hands you your order and if you say "Thank you" they do not respond. Everytime I go there I get 2 Quarter Pounders, one for me and one for my boyfriend, one time the cheese was cold on the sandwich making it obvious it wasnt FRESH like it is suppose to be, he called up there and was told that he was lying basically, and my boyfriend went on their social media and complained and ended up getting something for the rudeness! However, the most recent time, the entire beef patty was RED/PINK ALL THROUGHOUT the beef, it was the worst thing in the world, we took them back, and then they gave us burnt ones, which my boyfriend realized once he took a bite into it he said it tasted "charred" -.-. It seems like it is always the night shift when we have problems, because during the day the beef is cooked just right. Anyway, we wasted $11.00 because we wouldnt eat the burnt ones either, so we threw them away. There is one lady which is a manager I believe that is the rudest, the lady my boyfriend talked to on the phone, and someone that gave me the worst attitude when they gave me Coke instead of Dr. Pepper, and I ordered Dr. Pepper, I dont know her name, but she is a little older, darker skin and has a heavier accent. This McDonalds NEEDS to fire some people, and hire BETTER people! Because THE PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND DON'T KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!
EDIT: Ever Since this review I have not been back to this McDonalds, I now drive to Rocky River, and there food always comes out how it is suppose to and the employees are very nice. Last night I picked my boyfriend up from work and since the McDonalds in Rocky River was closed we went somewhere else for food even though this one was open, that is how much we...
Read moreWe frequent this store because 1. It is close by where we live 2. My daughter would always see this store on our way back from running errands and eventually would ask for a happy meal and 3. It has a playplace. It has been a nice experience so far until tonight's visit (Sunday, 23rd of June). I came in with my two year old daughter and there were two boys (maybe about 4 and 7 year olds) who were by the door barefooted. They were friendly and told my daughter she can play with them. However, when we got to the area where the playplace was, the boys ran around and started climbing on the benches and eventually stepping and standing on every table with their dirty bare feet including the table we were at (this was while we were waiting for our order to be made) When I asked them where their parents were, they said their mom was working there that night and they were there playing by themselves while their mom works. No one was cleaning the play place. There were a lot of napkins on the floor, the tables still has crumbs of food, the floor was kind of sticky and there were drips of liquid on the floor that made my daughter slip a couple of times and no one wiped the tables where those kids stepped on with their dirty feet. Needless to say, we just took our food with...
Read moreThis McDonalds is not up to standards in my professional opinion. Itâs the closest to my shop location so unfortunately if Iâm running a little late itâs where I stop for a quick bite to tide me over in the morning. Several times I have had my order incorrect or items left out. So now I check my bag every time before leaving the drive. Lately when I have went through there has been the same order taker (Zena) if thatâs how you spell her name and I apologize if itâs wrong. Anyway, she is very rude . You donât say to a customer is that it or that all. I can understand itâs busy itâs a fast food restaurant but you can still be polite and not over pushy. Example; would there be anything else, or Thank you please pull ahead . There is one employee that is usually always working and she stands at the drive through window and hands the order out to customers. She is very polite yet gets the job done quickly and is not rude. Kudos to her she is very nice. Iâd suggest a training seminar on how to talk to customers in a polite manner with your order taker . You can get people through fast in a more polite way without sounding rude or pushy. I...
