Dunkin' — Restaurant in Westland

Avoid this Baskin-Robbins/ Dunkin Donuts at all costs. I ordered a cake for my hubby's birthday 3 days in advance. It was supposed to be ready at noon, I got a phone call at 2pm (as I pulled into the parking lot) to not come until 3pm as it wasn't ready yet... fine, not a big deal. I came at 4pm, not only was it clearly melted, but they also tried to give it to me like it's perfectly fine. My first and last time there. How they're in business is beyond me. Also, the workers there gave me the manager's phone number, I called her and she kept giving me excuses that she runs around several of the stores and couldn't get my cake on time and that she had just made my cake and she tried to persuade me that my ice cream cake is not melted because she had just made it... as I was staring at it absolutely melted. Im a very easy customer. Even if you make something wrong ill take it because I'm willing to try different stuff. Left my house at around 1pm to go to work. Figured I'd stop in at the dunkin donuts down the street from my house. Did not realize the huge mistake I just made.

I ordered a Carmel Craze, iced. Girl attempts to ring it up, needs help so another person comes to assist, no big deal. Then a third person attempts to help ring up the singular coffee i order. Again, no dice. They ring it up as something else and I honestly dont care i just want a coffee at this point. They ask how many creams and sugars, and we move on.

So, a couple customers come in, order drinks and food. After about 25 min and 5 different customers they ask me what I ordered.

I Usually don’t bother with bad experiences at places but, I now rarely go out and get a iced coffee because I make a home now. So I ordered a pumpkin Iced latte (the one you get sprinkled spice on top of the whip cream). I order a pumpkin donut that was really good and a small black coffee to go for a coworker. I ordered a medium Iced pumpkin latte. I noticed no power or seasoning on my whip cream (and yes I ordered the one in the picture that does have that on it). I just thought okay no biggie. I walked out and had a sip of the coffee and it tasted so bad and so over burt that I had a couple sips and through it way. I have never had coffee so badly tasting in my life.
