Adelitas Kitchen — Restaurant in Westminster

I have been to this place several times and I have always been happy.I decided to get some tamales and green chili for a Christmas eve party this year and everyone loved them. I bought what I thought was way more than I needed and figured that everyone would take the leftovers home with them. There was only two left and they were quickly spoken for. Their food is really very good and reasonably priced as well. The two stars for atmosphere is not a shot at them at all.This place is very small and is strictly take out. I just have to say Adelitas Kitchen is legit! I ordered a bunch of tamales and burritos for my coworkers and me, and every single one was a hit. The tamales had that homemade flavor you can’t fake, and the burritos were huge and super filling. No one left hungry, that’s for sure. The food was so good I started passing out the menu to everyone at work. People are already planning what they’re going to order next time. I don’t usually leave reviews, but after trying Adelita’s I had to. I tried the chicken red tamale and the pork green tamale (as well as their salsa) and all I can say is wow. They were genuinely the best tamales I’ve ever had, everything was so full of flavor and absolutely delicious. Plus, the woman behind the counter was incredibly sweet.
