So, update! I've been coming for about a year briefly for Forbidden Bingo. The staff is just... fabulous and takes care of you. Roger has given my parties generous hospitality countless times and always endulges his customers with care and positive energy. The female presenting bartenders are also friendly! We had the wings the first time, which were hard to steer from, and tried the Reuben recently. Top two!!!

Updating, only to say I absolutely love Linda and Roger, their service and interest in customer service excels! Today was kinda weird, though. There is an apparently new, previous manager who only displayed hostility and stress since her return. She's verbally, not abusive, but constricting towards staff and expresses her not-so-positive energy towards customers and coworkers. There is a lack of genuineness nor patience in her tone. The vibe is not the best when she is reprimanding minor instances or disregarding staff helping her. I hope it's just a power stance and maneuver towards comfortability, but if the verbal stress continues, customers will be lost from the intensity of her energy. Hopefully, she can figure patience towards high occupancy soon. Good luck...

I’ve been coming here with my partner for 5–6 years and we’ve had some amazing memories, largely thanks to great staff and a fun atmosphere. Unfortunately, the last four visits have been very disappointing and we won’t be returning.

Restrooms are consistently filthy (strong odor, no paper towels), the floors and counters are sticky, and the place feels generally unclean. On a recent Friday night during a football game, there was only one staff member working for more than 25 patrons, service was understandably slow and the bar looked neglected.

What really hurts is the decline in energy and hospitality. In the past, bartenders like Dennis made sure everyone was taken care of, but now staff avoid eye contact and don’t seem engaged.

This used to be one of our favorite spots, but it’s clear management and scheduling have fallen off. Sad to say we won’t be back, and I’ll be telling friends to...

I use to like this place especially for lunch time and night outs with my friends, literally just walked out of here the server took awhile to bring us our menus wasn’t a problem i noticed she was busy she ended up bringing menus first to a table next to us which got there way later after us, still i understand she probably didn’t notice it when she finally brought us our menus and asked us our drinks i asked for a glass a water she got super furiously red in her face and told me there’s a water station over there didn’t point anywhere explain anything and walked away instantly ( all the years coming here even a month ago i have never seen this practice) my friend didn’t even get a chance to order his drink, we left immediately i came here for years and was immediately stunned with the experience of one server will never come here...
