Where do I begin? Stumbled upon this amazing place from instagram. I was like a little school girl who was going to wet her panties to be here. They have some interesting menu items I couldn’t decide what I wanted to get. My main goal was to grab me an egg. This is what their known for. So I ordered their kumquat winter melon tea which tasted so refreshing. The tea had that citrusy taste, and followed behind it the wintermelon. So tasty. My friend ordered the crème brûlée Thai tea. It was really good like perfect amount of sweetness gave it an interesting flavor. Very smooth and buttery like. My partner ordered their signature rose tea jasmine green tea latte whom he said was really good. The aroma was very relaxing according to what he said. The bunny don’t get me started about their signature dessert. It’s basically agar agar with sea salt crème foam with strawberry honestly I was like oh chocolate but it’s really refereshing everything together tasted really good perfect balance of sweet and salty. I couldn’t help but giggle to see the bunny quivering as if it was shivering. Their pancakes are so fluffy. Nice buttery and smooth. The drinks are decent - I come here often because the it's near my house and close to work. Today, I had an extremely bad experience. I ordered 4 drinks. The person who helped me Today was a male and he was nice. Unfortunately, the paper carrier couldn't support the weight the drinks fell out. One of the four drinks fell and the plastic cup broke apart- spilled everywhere. This happened while I was at work. In addition to the unfortunate situation with drink spilling, one of my Aiyu honey green tea drink doesn't have jelly. All aiyu honey green tea should have jelly. I called back and the "owner" (she refused to give me her name), gave us crust twice. She said "it's my fault the drinks fell and that I need to carry the drink carrier more carefully- and that my drink has jelly". I was gonna come back today to show her the drinks but her bullshit wasn't worth my time so I'm adding this review to share my experience with her current and future customer. As a business owner myself, I would never give my customers the experience...

I got 2 drinks from this place. One Lychee tie guan yin tea and another Tiramisu Milk Tea. Both drinks tasted absolutely gross. The Lychee tasted like water and the Tiramisu tasted like regular milk. I asked to return one of the drinks because I didn't want to spend money on something I didn't want. Both girls that were working both told me there's no return policy. I asked how I was supposed to know that because there are no signs sayings "there's no return policy" and they said they can't do anything about it because they don't want to get in trouble with there boss. They also said that " I should have just known" when if it's clearly such a big deal for no returns then there should be warnings. If your workers and company don't care about your customers then close the place down. I basically spent my money on 2 drinks that ended up tasting like absolute garbage. Absolutely bad and rude...
