Bún bò 533 — Restaurant in Westminster

This place was an absolute disaster from start to finish. We stood at the entrance for nearly 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, and when they finally did, they told us to “sit anywhere,” but every table was still covered in trash and leftover food from previous customers.

We verified our order twice with the server, and it still came out wrong after a long wait. The utensils were dirty, and we even noticed they reuse the veggies that are sent out to other tables, which is extremely unsanitary.

They didn’t even have satay for the Bun Bo. What kind of Bun Bo place doesn’t have satay? When it came time to pay, they overcharged us for 4 large bowls when we only ordered 3 small and 1 large, and even then, all the bowls were the same size. When we asked which was which, the staff couldn’t tell us.

Between the filthy tables, incorrect food, slow and rude service, and shady billing, this place is a total scam. Save yourself the headache and go literally...

Authentic Vietnamese food with a beautiful and modern atmosphere inside! The owner is extremely friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure you're well taken care of, even offering great suggestions from the menu. I absolutely love the decor and the fresh, modern vibe of the place. The dishes are truly authentic and full of flavor -- I can't wait to come back and try more! Definitely worth checking out this new local business, and don't forget to read the beautiful story they share on their menu -- it really adds a special touch to the whole experience. I ordered...

We came in for dinner at this new restaurant Bun Bo 533 during its grand opening. The restaurant is spacious, the decor is lovely. The owner is a US Army Veteran running a small business so let’s show our military service men our support. My husband, of course, got the Bun Bo Hue and I ordered the shrimp garlic noodle with a sampler plate of appetizers to share along with a shrimp spring roll. (There are also vegetarian options too.) All the dishes were delicious and quite authentic so I highly recommend this restaurant!!! They’re newly open so go try it...
