Normally I'm fine with this Dunkins. Today is National Donut Day which is awesome. I heard I could get a free donut so I stopped in on the way home. I was told I had to buy a coffee to get it. I called my mom and asked her if she wanted a coffee since I don't drink it. I had to reload my app in the meantime since it wouldn't come up. Then after I ordered I saw it could be any drink. I let a staff member know it's actually any drink and that they should know this. I couldn't hear them well either because of the background noise and their soft voices and my being HoH. So I let them know I had a hard time hearing them, only to have an employee yell instead of speaking louder or using a visual/writing. I sat and waited for the donuts and drink then was informed that the bag that had been put on the counter when I was ordering was actually for me and the drink was in the drink area. Not my best day at Dunkins in Westminster. Maybe next time...
Read moreThis used to be a favorite location that would make whatever coffee you wanted with a smile and a kind word. Not anymore. Don’t you dare make the mistake of ordering on the app and saying you’ll go through the drive through only to find it backing up into the road. I thought I would do the safer thing and walk inside to grab my coffee. I could see they were busy so I just patiently waited off to the side until a worker handed someone else their coffee and I asked for mine behind her real quick due to the above-mentioned situation. I tried to be quick and kind, the staff was still cheerful. However, the manager mumbled under their breath that it’s people like me who make the line longer by initially choosing drive through on the app and then not following through on this. Read moreJust had a really rude older lady wait on us at Dunkin’s…not sure who because no name tag but I am ready to file a complaint. I have waited and waited and waited in that line (yesterday for 2 drinks over 5 min…no biggie as only 2 employees working) while they have taken their time to get stuff done because I know that they are understaffed and I’ve been very patient when they’ve messed up my order I’ve never said anything and here we couldn’t get my husbands app to work so I got mine to work it was all of about 45 seconds and she couldn’t wait… “you’re running up my timer, sir, do you have a payment?…I need a payment right now!”she was rude and nasty.
