My first time here. Volcan con birria is a must try. Perhaps try that before ordering more. You might want more of that. Torta was good. Hot sauce and salsas were bomb. Service was A+. Be prepared to wait 20 min for your to order made stuff. Eat it ASAP so you get all the crunch. Don't take it on a long drive. The peanut extra hot salsa is unreal. And the hot sauce they have on the truck. Just ask. I can't wait to try papabirria (baked potatoes w birria)!

It's just unreal. Seriously just do it and don't hesitate. Lunch time only fri-sun. Weird hours. I'll be planning a day around lunch here from now on each week.

Edit: now I am a regular. Everything is so epic. Please go bombard these women that love serving such delicious food to the locals with your patronage! The second i walked up I was greeted with a wonderful smile and a great attitude. The sweet woman working the window made my day. The tacos were absolutely AMAZING. I can't stress enough how much I loved everything. We got the quesobirria tacos and the consumme was PIPING hot even after my 10 mins drive. Full of so much flavor I literally drank the rest of my cup after I finished my tacos. As much as I'd like to keep this place to myself they deserve every single person that comes through. My food tasted so good and fresh it felt like someone made it FOR me. Not just to push out food for money. But true authentic, passion made, delicious food. I can't complement them enough. My friend told me to try this spot out. So me & my wife went there today for our first time. They have a great menu, lots of options. The lady working the window was super nice & inviting, she explained a dish I was interested in. We ordered Quesa-birria tacos , a Vocan, & consomé 8oz to dip our tacos in.
