The customer service at this place is absolutely horrendous. I ordered from this place to the hotel I was staying at in mid January and was extremely impressed with the quality of cal zones and pizza. After moving to Denver for work, I tried ordering again and was told that they don't deliver to my new house BC its over 6 miles away. I was 100% percent sure it wasn't over 6 miles away, so I Google mapsed it and it was 6.1 miles away including 4 different right angle turns, after trying to explain to the guy on the phone that if you draw a line on a map from their location to mine it was less than 5 miles he told me it was impossible to do. IMPOSSIBLE?! To follow your own delivery guidelines and arguably go .1 miles out of the way should NEVER be impossible for a business model that depends on their delivery service to make any kind of significant profit. To top it all off, I finally conceded to just go pick it up since it was so close and the number I had just used to place an order gave a fax machine noise for 20 seconds then clicked over to a voicemail that said the mailbox was full, try again later, followed up by that annoying abrupt beep that happens only when a machine hangs up on you. Quality pizza can only get you so far Massinos, I hope a manager or someone significant sees this and starts cracking some skulls in the customer service area BC this experience was in acceptable.
The address I wanted the pizza delivered to is in the neighborhood at 104th and Pecos St. across from the Subaru dealership and the location I attempted to order from was the Lowell location in case anybody cares to draw their own independent conclusion, fingers crossed that person is...
Read moreI ordered pickup from Massino's Pizzeria and while I was waiting to be helped, there were two people making pizzas without gloves or mask on. One guy was talking while making the pizza (literally over the pizza while putting toppings on it).
I politely asked why no one was wearing a mask or gloves and the guy literally ignored me. I asked one more time why aren't you wearing a mask or gloves...and he said the pizza goes through a 600 degree oven. I asked for a refund because I didn't feel comfortable with getting my food because even after the pizzas came out cooked, they didn't have any proper gloves/etc and he still ignored me. Then he told the other guy talk to me because he was clearly mad that I asked. When I asked again why they weren't using gloves or masks he said because it was hot. However, according to the restaurant rules, when interacting with customers it's required to wear a mask. I got the refund, but it was handled poorly and I have filed a complaint to the department of public health. Based on their website, Massino's is not adhering to the COVID-19 rules that are currently in place for COVID.
I was excited to try a new pizza spot but definitely will not go back and wanted to share...
Read moreUgh I'm saddened to write this, you guys used to be so freaking good, but I was disappointed with everything I got tonight. My Stromboli (i asked for Alfredo instead of red, i got red) was black on the bottom and even the parts that weren't burnt tasted like cheap bottom of the barrel ingredients, wow I think that statement would sum up the rest of my order as well, cheap.
My daughter had the square pepperoni pizza she would not even eat after 1 bite, the pizza taste like a shoe she told me.
Even the garlic bread was greasy and I don't know what has happened to your ingredients but please for the love of God go back to the old ways!
You were out of the chocolate cake, I'm actually glad for that I would be even sadder if that had also lowered in quality.
And then the cherry on top, the 2 litter Mt dew is totally...
