We're karaoke enthusiasts new to the area and looking for a new place. We went to Park City about a month ago and had an amazing time. The waitstaff was incredibly attentive and we never had to flag our server down. The KJ was a super sweet young guy with a mohawk who helped us navigate song request app. He pointed out that the app has a feature to ask the KJ to download songs that he doesn't have. He also told us that we could just ask him too. We talked with throughout the night and he was so nice and friendly. We each got a chance to sing several times. We had such a great time that we ended the night with a $400 tab. Worth it. We'd had so much fun that this past Saturday we eager to visit again. We had a miserable time. Firstly, getting a server's attention was difficult to say the least. Unfortunately that wasn't the worst problem. The incredibly friendly KJ wasn't working, instead there was a guy who seemed to absolutely hate his job and the customers. The three of us were looking at the song list and one of us didn't find her song. So she went to ask the KJ about it and he told her that sometimes the list on the app isn't updated. He looked but he didn't have it so she asked if he could download it. She said that he rolled his eyes at her and said "I don't do that." So a bit later when I couldn't find a song I went to ask him about it and hoped that putting a 20 in his tip jar might change his mind about a download. It didn't, I was told the same thing. This happened about three more times. The song we wanted wasn't listed, we asked him if he had it and we'd be rudely told no. I guess he got mad at us because he kept moving us down the rotation. We'd notice that the rotation would start over but we were never given a chance to sing. We got there at 8pm and left in frustration at around 1am. Even though most people got to enjoy the stage over and over, we each sang once. Our tab was so much smaller this time because we really didn't have much fun (and getting drinks was frustratingly difficult).
I think we'll keep looking for our...

The fun starts to happen after 9 pm, when you get people of a quality unmatched anywhere else coming here! If youâre a woman aged 21-29 you can expect predatory men constantly looking at you, approaching you, and making you feel something!
If you want some booger sugar to help ease off the booze, lucky for you, there are multiple dealers that frequent this establishment. Never done booger sugar??? Well lucky for you itâs not just that! Thereâs plenty of crystal mixed in to make your night that much more fun.
Wanna make friends with the bartenders? Walk out back with them and take some shots away from the cameras. Team building exercises are healthy for a fun work environment and bar, so if youâre a girlâs-girl, join some of the female bartenders in the bathroom occasionally doing lines!
If you feel bored, just wait for the 30/70 sports bar and grill regulars to walk over to this establishment where they will cause a ruckus and memories for all!
If drama isnât your thing, or you actually care about yourself and your health, both physically and emotionally, then this might not be the bar for you.
Anyways, the food is alright, the karaoke is mediocre and the staff has their pros and cons.
The regulars also have their pros...
Read moreI wanted to like this place, but the customer service was not there and the food was a miss. I sat at a table by myself for 30~ minutes waiting for a server to come to me/call a server myself until I got fed up and went to the bartender to ask how do I order here since I thought it was some special way I didn't know about- nope, pretty standard. The bartender's kindness, atmosphere, and the KJ were the only saving graces at this place.
They gave me flavorless fries that were cut like homestyle wedges... Which was interesting, but without seasoning it's not good. On top of that, they gave a ketchup bottle that was 1/8 full (basically almost out) so I used some of it and then it started farting out the ketchup and that's just annoying. The philly cheesesteak meat was thick and not really shaved like the description said it was. It was also a bit small for my taste. I wanted to like this place, but it seemed like their attention/conversations were focused on the regulars and not the new customers like me. As soon as a regular came in and sat with her group the server came over and greeted her immediately since she recognized her and then that was the only time I was asked how I liked my meal/actually served. đ€Šđ»ââïž I guess I won't be bringing my friends to this...
