Pho Saigon — Restaurant in Westminster

This is an aggressively ok choice for pho. The broth is thin and barely spiced. I ordered a veggie egg rolls (5a) and a medium rare flank and tendon pho (6) to go. I ate the egg rolls on my way home from getting some lab work bc I was starving. The wrapper was meh, it wasn’t fried all the way thru so a little doughy which is not my preference. For some people maybe. The flavor of the rolls was solid and so is the dipping sauce. Bonus they put some noodles in with the rolls that I threw in the bowl with pho.

When I opened the to go container I found there was only one piece of tendon with the order. To me, this jacked up. They’d given a bunch of rare flank but that’s really not why I order this one, I’m coming for the tendon! I need the cartilage for my joints and this is how I enjoy getting it most. Such a let down. The lady was nice and the service was quick. Still pretty bummed about a single slice of tendon. I hope they’ll do...

This place has been around for over 5 years. My fam and I have been eating here for 3+ yrs. They have the best, most incredible broth you will ever taste! I have a bit of an obsession with Phô and eat it several times per month...sometimes per week. I have tried every place in Boulder/Denver area and even though it is a 40+min drive, I always keep coming back to Pho Saigon because they have good quality meat and their broth is so incredibly delicious, you could just drink it by itself. They had over 300 reviews of 4 and 5 stars up until a week ago when g oo g l e "accidentally" deleted their entire account. My family and I went to call in an order of our regular Pho dose and found their phone number and reviews were just gone. I hope they dont go out of business due to this inexcusable screw up by you know who. Happy to add a new review, just had another wonderful meal. Rare steak phô was amazing.. And always...

I called ahead of time to ask if they could accommodate gluten free. They are next door to one of the few 100% gluten free bakeries as well. They reassured me they could accommodate me, then when I arrived the waitress said something was gluten free but actually didn’t know what I was asking. She ended up calling the owner and I spoke to her, explaining I could not have any gluten at all, which she reassured me I’d be ok. I started having symptoms before I was done by meal and haven’t been this sick in a while. Just wanted to leave a review that they are not celiac safe, not gluten free, and eat at your own risk. I got the rare steak and brisket pho and some white rice for my son. I got a Boba Thai Tea and was reassured it was gluten free...
