Village At Park Centre — Local services in Westminster

Honestly I grew up around this little shopping center and it's gone way down hill over the past decade. Lots of the restaurants have closed leaving the buildings vacant for years now. The only Hooters that I know of is in this shopping center and they seem to be the only ones other than the liquor store on the corner that can even stay open. Somehow keeping the few customers that venture there. Almost every other business has closed down with little to no success. Even the gas station for gosh sakes closed down within the past few months. Unless you love Hooters there's no good reason to go to the Village Park Centre sadly. BEWARE TO BUSINESS OWNERS: if you are looking for a new location, well don't bother looking here because it seems to be a very unlucky spot for businesses that want to thrive. Really cool shopping center. They have just about everything there. Several restaurants of different ethnicities (Chinese, American, Mexican, Italian, Japanese, and Persian). Stores featuring personal hygiene (nails, hair stylists, massages), medical services (hearing and oral surgery), treats (yogurt and cookies), liquor, life insurance, banks, credit unions. This shopping center is great! Great food choices - The Delectable Egg, Babajoon's, Hooters, Chili's, Mad Greens, etc. Plenty of amenities as well - FedEx, Starbucks, Computer Repair, Liquor Store, two Banking Establishments, Gas Station / Convenience Store, etc. Easy access, ample parking and right at the corner of 120th & Huron. I frequent this center and it makes my neighborhood life...
