By far the WORST Starbucks location. Service has gone down significantly. 4-5 years ago, the baristas were so sweet. I loved their service so much, they were so quick and never failed. Ever since the baristas I knew left, service has been horrendous. I've mobile ordered several times. 95% of the time, my drink was not ready when I arrived... once, I even waited 10 additional minutes after my order should've been ready and they took their time making my drink. Last week, I ordered, in person, a "venti ICED caramel macchiato," and the barista asked "hot or iced," to which I asked "iced." ... and a HOT caramel macchiato was made. I mentioned that I ordered iced. The barista at the counter was extremely rude about it, she tossed the drink in the sink. I'm also pretty sure I was stiffed my extra shot of espresso, but I didn't want to say anything after the attitude. Today I mobile ordered, my drink was supposed to be ready at 9:17 am...due to prior instances, I arrived at 9:21. Didn't see my order and informed them of my order. The barista stated that my order did not appear on the screen. A second barista pointed at the screen, to which the first barista said "oh." The second barista proceeds to state that my order supposedly did not appear. She then asked if I was sure it processed. I showed them the receipt, with the accurate location and payment. I called Starbucks and they confirmed my order...

I never thought Iād post a one-star review for this location. Iām a regular, usually spending around $15 per visit, staying no more than two hours, and Iāve always appreciated the welcoming atmosphere. This store is beautifully run by most of the staffāuntil one employee turned the entire experience upside down.
Within ten minutes of sitting down, my son was approached by the lobby attendant. When I asked what she needed, she turned to me and said that if we wanted to use āher lobby,ā we had to purchase something immediately. I explained I always order and would be doing so shortly, but she cut me off: āBefore you camp out in my lobby, youāll need to buy somethingāmaybe a $1.95 string cheese. And if you havenāt purchased in the next five minutes, Iāll have to ask you to leave.ā
That one interaction was insulting, unnecessary, and flat-out hostile. I understand and respect the policyāof course customers should order. But Iāve never been treated like a trespasser while being a loyal, paying customer.
This review isnāt about the rest of the team, who are fantastic. Itās about one employee who destroyed the atmosphere Starbucks is supposed to represent. Corporate, please pay attention: it only takes one person to ruin a loyal customerās experience, and thatās exactly what...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWORST Starbucks Iāve ever been to. The staff is so rude and have the meanest look on their faces. Thereās a girl with the ugliest attitude and resting B face. She slams peoples drinks, instead of handing it to people and says Nothing to the customer. Someone asked for extra whipped cream on the side the other day and she just slammed it on the counter instead of handing it to the customer directly and it wasnāt even busy at the time. But regardless if itās busy or not, that should not affect the customer service. I witnessed a situation this morning where a customer was complaining about that same employee slamming her drink. She spoke to the āsupervisorā and the supervisor was very insensitive and handled the situation poorly. She made an excuse for the employee as to why she was slamming peopleās drinks instead of trying to make things right with that customer. I feel the tension every time I walk into this store and this morningās situation was the last straw for me. Starbucks is known for their great customer service and friendly and welcoming attitude. This store is making Starbucks...
