Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Huntington Beach

I love Chipotle what I don't love is when your daughter goes in and comes out. we drive 3 miles home. we get inside open it up and there's literally 12 pieces of chicken that look about a eighth of an inch long by a quarter of an inch W. Shredded really. Equal to 4 normal chunks...basically the bottom of the barrel and the same on both. So we spent all that money on two bowls chips and salsa and 2 tacos that were borderline vegetarian. I could buy a bag of rice good quality rice for three bucks, lime juice cilantro, little bit of olive oil and make a pot of rice for 15-20 people. buy a 10 lb bag of chicken breast couple cans of fire roasted corn tub of sour cream make my own Pico, couple bottles of hot sauce some avocados and some bags of chips and feed 15- 20 people for the same amount of money x dbl amt as I spent on nothing with your company. just because it was more convenient for me to stop in the evening then go home and cook as late as it was.still be consistent that's all I ask. And I'm speaking about the Chipotle on Beach Boulevard across from the Vons Pavilion it seems to always be so inconsistent and so chincy compared to the other Chipotle's for the same money. I can go to another Chipotle and I can't even finish it, I come to that store and I am hungry for another Bowl. Just...

My wife called today like at 12:15to order 2 burrito bowls one chicken and one steak she loves chipotle but after today its a different story I got the steak one for myself I was about to enjoy it at work when I glanced at my bowl there was a DEAD FLY in my FOOD that was the most NASTIEST thing I've ever seen my wife called them immediately and spoke to the manager named Marisol she said she was sorry about that and next time our food would be on Chipotle my wife said NEXT TIME!!! you have got to be kidding right!! My wife told her I want my refund today we totally wasted our lunch time on the phone and then to top it off they she said I will have your refund when you get off work she said why when I get off? She was to upset so we went after work and she asked for the manager and spoke to Arthur Gomez all he said was your here for a refund and quickly said the cashier will help you and walked away I found that to be so rude!!! I asked for the number to corporate and they gave me an employee number. !!!!!This...

I live nearby and have a newborn, so I will likely be coming back here, and the food IS good. That said, I have to say the service, especially when they're even a little busy, is abysmal.

I had an online order and purposefully came 5mins late, cuz it's rarely done on time. I stood there for 6mins before being acknowledged by a worker and asked the name on my order, then she turned away and ignored me to serve walk-in customers. 4mins later another worker clocks in, asks me for the same info, I give it, and he gets on the register to...you guessed it...serve the walk-ins. I am livid by this treatment and blurt out a few "you-gotta-be-kidding-me"s, then a third worker asks me the same question. A moment later, someone comes out of the back with my order and I leave. All told my order was 20mins late, 15mins of that spent standing around being ignored by staff.

Chipotle, get yourself in order! Your staff, with a few exceptions, is simply terrible. Just because you already have my money doesn't mean you can treat...
