'Jack in the Box' is 'Jack in the Box' wherever you go. It seems every restaurant is FREEZING, like they set the thermostat to 52°. The bathroom at this particular one was semi-clean. But, my personal opinion is that the chain itself serves so-so food at inflated prices. Customer service was simply mediocre, at best; the staff welcomed you w/ the BASIC "greetings," asked the REQUIRED questions (nothing more)," got your total due & food, all with a STRAIGHT FACE and MONOTONE. NO smile, NO cheerfulness, NO friendliness, NOTHING to really make you feel/think that they were happy to be there or happy to have you there. One of the BIGGEST parts of an experience is the staff's response to the customers. If the staff is miserable (even if they just look like it) can turn a customer's entire experience into a bad one. This was an overall "blah" experience. EVERYTHING about it was nothing but "BLAH" and "BLAND," from the service & atmosphere, straight down...

That they have the chicken on a timer. I told her that I wouldn't waste my time and gas to come back. She was very rude. Short, fat, mexican lady. I know she spoke spanish and said something about me. I told her that I want my money back. She didn't want to give it back. So I told her that I'm not paying for my food. You just loss a customer and all...
Read moreI will not close my office for each and every single one of my employees to personally stop their work to go here and use each coupon per person for taking up company's time for free lunch that the company offers. Wasted my time coming here, even if I pay separately or I dive around in circles around drive thru. They have zero tolerance... One coupon per person per day. So if you planned, like me, to use one coupon for each free meal you offer to your employees, forget about it here. Burger King is just next door, but I usually have to passby Arby's, now usually I might have to stop there more often, and stop sending coupons to our office, because we seem to have problems of not being able to use...
