This Starbucks goes above and beyond in every way. They are so great that I will drive far out of my way to get to them, because I know they'll get my drink exactly the way I want it. Some Starbucks employees don't seem to know how to make drinks correctly, this isn't one of them. Not only do they make the drinks correct, but they also remember their customers and what drinks they like. Even if you've only been there a couple times, they will still remember you because their employees are that great. They don't mind you requesting a specific drink, especially off their secret menu. You can look up their secret menu online and find unique drinks on there that you really want to try, the only thing is because it's a secret menu they don't always know the exact recipe. So make sure you get the ingredients and all the information off the website, and then you can just tell them and I'll make it to order. And it doesn't matter if you're ordering it inside or in the drive thru, they will take the time and help you in any way possible. I've tried some complicated drinks and they've always done an amazing job and have been kind and not pushy. I think by having those weird drinks I've kind of made myself more rememberable. LOL. It's a very clean store with an extremely outgoing, kind and not pushy staff. They are always helpful with anything you need. I recommend going to the Starbucks anytime, especially since they're so easy to find and get to. They always have parking and their drive-thru is extremely fast. I recommend going to their website and signing up, you'll get notifications when they're having sales and when they're having two for one specials or other drink specials like today on Thursday. Right now on Thursdays they have a happy hour from 3 till close. And if you've signed up 4 emails and or the Starbucks discount card they will notify you about what the happy hour is exactly that day. Because every Thursday at changes what type of special it is. I highly recommend signing up for the Starbucks card even if you only go every once in awhile your purchases add up. You get stars for every dollar spent and the Stars add up to free drinks or food. Believe me having a teenager and my family it adds up fast and I can't tell you how many free drinks we've gotten. You have a choice between food or drinks, but we always choose the drinks. And with the Starbucks app you don't have to carry the card around you can just pull up the app and they can scan it on your phone that way you get the credits. And that way I just gave my daughter the card so she can use it anytime and I use my app. On a side note, for anyone that likes to garden and uses coffee and tea grinds in the yard... Inside the store they have an area where they bag up the used coffee and tea grinds, and you can take them as many as you want for free! I just found that out last summer, and believe me I go in all the time and grab bags for my beautiful garden and it's helped make my garden even more beautiful. I've even asked if they have any when going through the drive-thru and their customer service is so great they'll go and grab bags and hand them to me through the window! Read moreOver $7 for a latte. Drove off with the drink got home found out it was part of someone else's order. Drove back to the Starbucks let them know that I got the wrong drink. By this time More than 15 minutes had elapsed. They reach back, grab the drink I ordered 15 minutes ago off the counter and hand it to me, with a big smile, here you go. Can't believe the first thing that didn't cross their mind was let me make this right. It's been a long time since I was at Starbucks. It'll be a lot longer before I return. I should note, after my look of disappointment and disbelief the manager or someone did ask if they should make me a fresh one. The fact it didn't cross their mind off the bat is what gives them a one star. I remember when Starbucks made sure your coffee was fresh within like a minute of it being made. That's when it was a coffee shop and not a company. So recap, this isn't about Starbucks producing bad product, it's about customer service. Read moreEvery visit I have had at this store leads to an outrageously long wait time. We have waited for nearly 20 minutes for our drinks, there are two baristas here, two other people, my mom, and me in the store. This wait time is completely unacceptable. As a former Starbucks barista, I was pretty shocked by what happened at my most recent visit to this store. When the drinks on the bar were mixed up, a lady drank out of what was suppose to be my moms drink. When she walked up to straighten out this mix up, the barista took the drink that the other lady had taken a swig out of, and simply swapped the lid for a new one, and placed it back on the bar. My mom has to request her drink be remade as she watched the other lady drink out of it. The barista claimed to be unaware, and remade it. This is far below the standard I was trained at as a barista and frankly quite concerned that this sort of thing could have happened here before. A handful of baristas at this location are great, the rest, should definitely get a refresher...
