Hidden gem alert in Orange County 💚 just discovered @viland_coffee, and it’s officially one of my new favorite cafés! @ytbossbae
I tried their Tofu Matcha Latte and OMG… it’s not your average matcha🍵 ✨ The tofu gives it this creamy, velvety texture that’s rich but not too sweet — totally different from anything I’ve had before. If you love matcha, this one’s a must-try.
And let’s talk about the beignets — soft, warm, and perfectly dusted in sugar 😍 The kind of treat that melts in your mouth and pairs perfectly with their drinks. Trust me, order extra.
📍 ViLand Coffee, 9600 Bolsa Ave Unit G, Westminster, CA 92683 🕒 Open daily 7 AM – 10 PM
✨ What Makes It Special: – Signature drinks like the Tofu Matcha & Vietnamese Coffee 🇻🇳 – Freshly made beignets (sometimes they even have deals — check their IG stories 👀) – A cozy, modern café vibe perfect for catching up, studying, or a solo self-care moment – Unique fusion of traditional Vietnamese flavors with modern café culture
💡 Tips: – Ask for sweetness level and ice preference when ordering 🍵 – Pair your drink with beignets — thank me later 😉 – Follow their page for seasonal or limited-edition drinks
Whether you’re a matcha lover, coffee enthusiast, or just someone who appreciates aesthetic cafés and creative drinks, ViLand Coffee is one spot you’ll definitely want to experience. 🌿☕️🍩

Their pastries, bread, and meats are high quality as they are part of Yummy Bakery & Pho family.
Their drinks are on the bitter side. I prefer a bit of sweet and nutty. I would come back to try their ceremonial grade matcha.
We ordered:
Pandan coffee - I always like to sip the coffee before mixing. Boy, their coffee is extremely bitter. After mixing with the pandan, it wasn’t sweet. It was a weird pandan flavor. My fiancé likes it bitter like this. I prefer a bit of sweetness. So each their own.
Avocado coffee blend - I actually didn’t like this fully blended. Once it melted and stirred, I loved the consistency. Deep rich and creamy with mainly real avocado. The coffee is bitter so mixed with the avocado was not sweet but strong.
Pork croissant - jumbo croissant with grilled bbq meat just like a bánh mì. So much flavor and so good!
Avocado croissant - It was kept cold and hard but once it reached room temperature, it tastes so yummy! The avocado cream was not sweet, it was rich in flavor just like the drink.
Pate chaud (not photographed) - omg camera did not eat first this time. I did! Loved the meat to pastry ratio and the unique...

What we ordered: Ube Coffee Latte – A treat on the sweeter side, perfect for those who love a little indulgence. Matcha Latte – Balanced and smooth, not too sweet. Viland Coffee – Sweet with a creamy crème brûlée topping, plus it comes with the cutest tiny croissant—such a baby girl moment. Honey Chrysanthemum Tea – Light, refreshing, and enhanced with basil seeds for texture. Pork Croissant – Juicy, flavorful, and a delicious savory option. Beef and chicken available too. Tofu Pudding – Available in ginger, regular, or matcha flavors—smooth and comforting, like a mind trip to Vietnam / Asia in general.
Atmosphere & Experience: Aesthetic wooden interior with a clean navy blue and white theme. Limited outdoor seating—great for people and street watching. Parking is tricky (small spaces and a full lot), but worth the effort!
If you love exploring Viet cafés, Viland is definitely worth adding to your rotation. A solid spot for delicious drinks, tasty bites, and...
