Hardee's — Restaurant in Westmoreland

Went to Hardee’s tonight and I wasn’t very pleased. I ordered food for our family and the girl behind the counter is the reason I gave service more than one star. Daisy I think was her name, who seemed new but was also very sweet. She seemed stressed and I can understand by the work environment as to why she would be. The worker with the real dark black eyebrows had to help her and didn’t seem pleased to be doing so. I ordered my son a PLAIN hamburger happy meal and it came with mustard, ketchup and pickles. I sent my daughter up to have it remade because my son is autistic and would not eat the burger with all the other stuff on it. My daughter is a really sweet shy girl and it was already rough sending her up there. The workers seemed to keep walking by ignoring her at the counter. The woman on the grill who was remaking my sons burger was upset saying she already made a plain cheese burger with an attitude. Well the second burger was incorrect as well and my daughter was afraid to have it fixed again because of the way they treated her. service wasn’t great and of course the food wasn’t great it never seems to be. The workers don’t love being there and attitudes...

I'm not sure if the two star is suitable... but first and foremost I come through here pretty much every day on my route and enjoy their service and food.... so blame the employee that decided to get smart with the customer is the reason why I'm leaving this review... so all of their electric screens were not working so she showed me a small menu I ordered the chicken tender meal later my meal was called up and they said it was a five piece I said I did not know that they had a 5-piece I thought it was a three piece.. and I was very pleasant when I said that I asked her when she rung me up since I could not see the menu was there a choice for a three-piece and a five piece she said yes and then I asked her why she didn't offer me that she got smart and said do you need a refund and then walked off and said something behind her back asking what the problem was under her breath... after I heard her if she would have gave me the chance to answer I would have explained to her the problem which was not a big deal that she blew up about was to ask if I wanted the three or five piece not just charge me for a five piece very...

First, you go to Hardee's for the food, that part is true. However, after this visit I wish I would've kept it I. the drive thru and oblivious to the goings on on the inside.

Hayley was our counter person, and most of the reason for the bad review. Three times we had to tell her we were eating in. While enjoying our lunch, she let out a blood curdling scream for no apparent reason. Then apologized to the folks in the kitchen, nevermind the dining room, which had several tables full. Later, while standing at the food warmer, she sneezed into her hand and then grabbed sandwiches to put in a drive-thru bag. Least of all, she was wearing pants but yet had them pulled up above her knees.

Last but not least. My husband went to the counter for a fork and was ignored. The manager was standing right there and ignored him. Then a young lady went to the food warner for a sandwich and ignored him. Both walked away and left him ignored without a fork. At that point I had had enough and left. Money spent this time but I'll give it awhile...
