This review is regarding my specific experience being mistreated by General Manager Peachann Andrews.
I had a horrible experience at this McDonald's, and was refused service for NO REASON. Just an unprofessional manager with a bad attitude who didn't feel like helping me today. Maybe it's because there was a repairman in the kitchen fixing an ice cream machine? Not sure, just trying to give her the benefit of the doubt. The worst part is that she treated her customer (me) poorly and unprofessionally (refused service) in front of her entire staff, most of whom are younger guys and girls who would normally look up to the General Manager to set the example of how to handle things and how to treat their customers. She set a poor example of how to treat customers, but lucky for me, two of the younger crew members were able to resolve the issue - ALL WITHOUT HER HELP.
Let me start off by saying that I come here every day. Like every single day.
I placed a mobile order, paid for it and received confirmation (I have the screenshot) at 10:24am. By the time that I got to the drive thru window, it was 10:32am and the GM Peachann Andrews was at the window. She advised me that she cannot locate my order. I told her I ordered an egg mcmuffin and hash brown, she advised that it's past 10:30am so they are no longer serving breakfast. I told her I placed the order, paid and received confirmation by 10:24am and that was before their cutoff. She did not try to locate my order, she just told me to drive up and wait.
I drove up, parked the car and walked inside the restaurant just to ensure they were taking care of my order since the GM Peachann Andrews did not give me any clear indication of what was going on, nor did she give me any indication that she would be bringing out my order. She simply told me to drive up and wait.
So I'm standing in the restaurant for 1 minute before GM Peachann Andrews addresses me to say that she cannot locate my order, and if I want for it to be fulfilled I need to resend it. I asked what she means when she says I need to resend it... Resend it where? Resent it how? Her response to me is "What part of Resend it do you not understand?" At this point, I asked her "Why are you getting an attitude with me? I'm just trying to get my order fulfilled...?" At this point she responds "You know what! I'm not going to service you with you raising your voice at me..." and she walks away.
(Keep in mind, both she and I are wearing masks, and there is a huge piece of glass in between us due to COVID precautions. I was not raising my voice except for trying to make sure she could hear me. Remember, I come here every single day. These people make my food every day. I would never raise my voice at them or mistreat them... Plus, I'm not a rude person.)
So after she tells me that she will not service me I asked her "why? And more importantly, can you PLEASE help me to figure out my order!?? I come here everyday!!! It's paid for and I have a confirmation!" From this point on, she would not answer any questions, she would not address me or acknowledge me in any way. A live customer standing inside her restaurant and she is just walking around ignoring me... Unreal.
At this point, I turned around to the staff and asked them "Can one of you guys please help me? Your GM is refusing to help me but I am a customer that comes here every single day and I have a mobile order confirmation, and the order has been paid for. Can somebody please help me?"
At this point, two of the crew members stepped up to try to help me. At first, they told me they couldn't find the order and the only way to fulfill it would be if I placed the order again, they would have to charge it again and then they could fulfill it. But after 60 seconds of trying to figure it out, they were able to locate my order.
I did not have to place the order again, and they were able to fulfill it with the very order that I placed in the first place. The order that GM Peachann Andrews said was not in her system.

From the moment they took my order, "Lindsay" was super rude. At the time of paying I give you an app code for a discount, she entered the code and charged me, apparently the code does not work and the discount does not apply (she never let me know before charging me), when I told her that the coupon was missing she told me that her manager will assist me at the second window to "solve" the problem. The "resolution" was none, the manager simply said that they could not do anything because they did not control the app (which I totally understand), seeing that they did not want to offer us any solution I try to discuss with my boyfriend if he wants to keep the food or wants a refund and while I am talking to him the manager interrupts us (very rudely) saying "excuse me we need to move fast) .Worst of all, I myself worked at McDonalds for more than 3 years, and I find it unacceptable that as a customer I have to be the looking for the solution and not even receive the respect of the staff or the intention to help me solve such a simple and stupid problem. At the end of the day I was not interested in the coupon or the discount anymore,and not even the food, but this place needs to take measures and fire all those employees who are clearly qualified to work in customer service....

So I ask the manager which at the time was at the cashier and when I asked he ignores me and keeps taking orders, I then go to another employee who was amazing and then out comes the manager yelling for who is order 670, I raised my hand and he said my order was probably stolen, which is clearly untrue because I had been waiting for my order for a while and it was never called. With an attitude and a loud voice, the manager tells me I canāt get my money back or my food. After waiting another half hour, the police were called on my friends and I, and we were told to leave. I explain my case to the amazing officer and he said that basically this is a civil issue and he canāt get him to give me my food. I then proceed to leave. This review isnāt about any of the staff members. This review is for the manager, the service given to me by him was absolutely horrendous and he should not be managing this establishment, because of his ignorance and his bad attitude I was not able to have food that night because he had taken all the money I had for my food. If you go to this McDonaldās please donāt go near the manager or you will be receiving a large amount of disrespect and you will have a hard time...
