Taco Bell — Restaurant in Weston

I have been going to this taco bell for many years and have had issues before, but never one this big so that I leave a review. Time to time there will be quality issues with the food, but whatever, its not a fancy restaurant, I can deal with that. However, today my partner and I ordered online. My partner has dietary restrictions and issues digesting most meats, but chicken is always safe. We ordered his food with a modification for chicken instead of beef, and only realized once we were home and he bit into his food that his item still had beef on it. We were shocked and he (rightfully) felt a little sick since he had already bit it and hadn’t had meat in a good few years now, but we honestly ended up shrugging it off. Its a bummer and waste of money but I’ll cook him something myself. Then funny enough, I open my food and right on top of it is a short wavy hair. Just a nice cherry on top. So, neither of us were able to eat the food we paid for, and I’m left very disappointed that the taco bell failed to replace the meat, which is a very big thing to miss. How does the price of a chicken quesadilla go from 7.99 that it was 2 months ago to 9.19? Their luxe cravings box is 9 dollars instead of 7 as advertised and they removed the chicken chalupa and give you beef, what a scam.. I recently got a grilled steak burrito that was thin as cigar and when I went to return it the rude staff acted like I was crazy and that how they have always come, no apologies or acknowledgement of any wrong doing or and resolution offered (employee Anndy) . This place employs the lowest degenerate employees they can find. This place is a complete rip off. Charged 9.50 for a cravings box that is $5 everywhere else. i will never go back to this location. 35% price increase. Overpriced, Poor quality, saw a fight between employees at the drive through as I waited for my food and the fight continued as I waited, then I left with no food, very unprofessional, the list goes on.... Went through the drive-thru tonight after a long day, it's late, I'm tired, so I ordered the number 11 (Supreme Cool Ranch tacos), Upon arriving home, I discovered my anger, disappointment and discontent when I received regular Cool Ranch tacos instead. I have no doubt that the issue here can be rectified but I'm not willing to waste my gas and time for sour cream and tomatoes, especially after craving such awesome flavor over a long period of time, only to be what the kids call "totally bummed" (for the lack of a better term). As a consumer, I would like to have trust in the reliability of the service being provided to me. That being said, now that trust is broken and I do not want to be the guy holding up the line just to open up my entire order to make sure it is correct. I hope this review gets taken as constructive criticism more than anything in order to prevent future errors of such magnitude. Sincerely, Totally Bummed
