Taco Bell — Restaurant in Westover

I've never had any issues at this Taco Bell location. Always pretty quick, friendly, and food is always hot. The only problem I had was Sunday 10/31/2021 at 8:00 PM after my husband and I took our kids trick r treating, we stopped by taco bell and ordered $51 worth of food. We drove home and we live 45 minutes from this location and this is the closest to us. When we got home we were missing half of my daughter's food, and none of the food I ordered for myself was in there. Granted they were extremely packed with customers. So im not blaming anyone, I completely understand mistakes happen. All of the employees were literally running around trying to rush to get everyone taken care of. So definitely not blaming the employee's. Mistakes happen

I've been back to this location several times after this incident, and haven't had any issues since. I was there tonight 3/3/2023 at 7:00 pm and the lady that took our order was absolutely amazing. We had a pretty large order and they had it done pretty quickly for how packed they were. We will definitely return...

Waiting 20 minutes for my food to be to be made when there was nobody in the restaurant besides me and the restaurant crew along who a couple were playing on their cell phones with one car in the drive thru is pretty ridiculous. The only reason why I gave it 2 stars is because my order was actually done correctly...and that's barely because the cheese on my Mexican Pizza was only about halfway melted. There was also one other time where I spent maybe 30 minutes in the drive thru line with about 3 or 4 other vehicles in front of me and never made it to the window because I drove off out of frustration. My suggestion for the people who work here is to realize that people work for the money they spend here and to get their act together because they could easily take their money elsewhere. Trust me when I say this. Coming from someone who works in retail management... it's the customers who spend their money that keep your doors open, bills paid, and food on your own table. Don't take it...

Update* came through Thursday afternoon and there was something going on, but my sil and myself we get it. Things happen. So it was no sweat off of our backs but let me tell you what. The manager in training Amanda was so awesome! She was trying to calm things down and was multitasking as much as she could. Not only that but I think she probably apologized like a billion times and it wasn't cut and dry, each and every one was so sincere! Everytime we order from the location on westover the staff is always so friendly and nice and Amanda goes above and beyond for the customers. You could make her the top dog tomorrow and she would rock it! Thanks again Amanda! You always make mine and Rachel's visit so pleasant!

Yummy!! Staff today was very effective and friendly. I may have had to order online but I got my quesarito! And it was waiting for me when I walked...
