On 06/26/21 I went to the drive thru. I specifically ordered a pink slushie l, a blue slushie, a medium fry, and a spicy crispy chicken sandwich meal. The lady at the first window asked me to pull forward. Once at the first window she recited my order and than gave me my total. As pulling to the second window I see she left off my order of separate fries. When I got to the second window I told the young lady. They told her they couldn’t add it to my order unless I had exact change. I told her I paid with my credit card. When I asked for a refund, only then everyone proceeded to offer to charge my card for my extra fry. So they tells me to pull around to wait on my food order. I wait exactly 14 minutes for my food. My e tea fry is not in my bag when the guy brings it out. He is in and out of the bag as he goes to 3 vehicles after he came to mine first and I recited my order to him. He then comes back to my car. It’s my food as stated the fry is missing. I go into the store and tell them they didn’t give me my second fry. The lady says “We’ll you wanted for food well done , do you have to wait on the second fry.” If I ordered all my food well done it should have all come out together. I proceed to request a refund. She tells me to bring her back the drinks. As I leave the store I hear her tell someone to lock the door. I get in my car and drive around. Almost all the crew argue me down when I say just give me my money back. There needs to be no argument if they would have just fixed the order properly I wouldn’t have to ask for a refund I have never been treated so rudely at any McDonald’s, fast food establishment for the matter. I always order from this location. I will NEVER come here ever again. I’ve never been treated so badly. My worst experience ever, all because the error was on the store, not me. Read moreThis was my go-to McDonald's for a few years. No more!!! I will find another McDonald's store to frequent. On Dec 17 I purchased several items including a Big Breakfast with Hotcakes and Steak. I drove 3 miles home to find sausage and not steak. I immediately called and talked to the manager Lorraine. She told me to come back and she'd take care of it. I couldn't make it back on the 17th and told her I'd return the next day. I didn't plan on going back the next day, but they messed up my order and were willing to make it right. I went back on the 18th, driving 3 miles out of my way thinking Lorraine was going to remake the whole Big Breakfast with Hotcakes and Steak. NOPE!!! I drove 3 miles out of my way and 3 miles back - 6 miles for a small piece of processed meat. To not make it a wasted trip, I ended up placing an order and spending over $25 that I originally didn't plan on spending. Lorraine, do you really expect valued customers to go out of their way to get only what you owe them - because you and your employees made a mistake??? To top it off... The replacement order that I had to pay for had 2 and 1/2 hotcakes. The bottom pancake was only part of one. At least I thought I was a valued customer... I only patronized this store 3 to 4 times a week and spending $15 - $25 per visit, for approximately 4 years. The Clearview/Elmwood store and the Jefferson Hwy/Causeway stores are a lot closer to my home in Bridge City. Lorraine, thank you for letting me know you don't value my business. You will save me a lot of time and gas by finding another McDonald's to frequent. This location needs new ownership or new management. Read moreCORPORATE : I don't know who your store manager is but both parties seriously needs to stop, listen and change determining the kind of reviews this location gets ! First of all, all of your employees needs an attitude change, this is their job and this is what they get paid for but yet acts like something being asked of them is too much. 2nd of all, my husband went into YOUR place of business to ask to BUY croutons. -CROUTONS- at first the lady at the register didn't know but had to ask the manager if they sold crutons, the manager with an annoyed attitude and tone of voice was put out of ease bc she had to do SOME work, lied, said that they didn't have crutons. My husband called busllshit and asked again, y'all don't have crutons ? The "manager" then, changed her answer saying, we don't SELL crutons. Look I understand you may NOT sell them but of all the times I see things being given away, cups, ice cream, an extra cup of sprinkles (examples) you couldn't be a good host and do your paying guest a humane favor and just give us a pack of fricken crutons ? Are y'all serious. Attitude just totally uncalled for and extremely fustrating. Get better employees that doesn't act like everything should be given to them and everything else extra is a waste of time or acting like it's completely going out of their way....
