I came through drive and asked if they had the Naruto meal and the girl said yes. I said, you do have the Naruto meal? She said yes. I ordered 3. My husband got the crispy onion whopper a chicken jr add bacon, and I got a spicy crispy meal. She brought me 3 of those nasty long chicken sandwiches as the Naruto meal. I went inside and asked about the Naruto meal, she said she didn't hear me. Yet I asked her twice! She was like idk I'm sorry. I specifically came to BK for the damn meal for my daughter's birthday meal today! You could have told me and I would have went to a different location. She asked me if I want a refund. I should have taken it.
I didn't take the refund because it takes 7 to 10 days to hit my card and I need to eat so let me just apologize to my child and get her one a different day because I don't feel like waiting and it's going to mess my money up if I buy food twice. So I go home with the wrong food. I get home and my husband sandwich is missing bacon on the chicken jr and he said the whopper had so much mayo it grossed him out. My chicken sandwich is dark as hell and crispy like a rock. As a fast food manager for a different corporation I know damn well that chicken is at minimum 3 hours old. It's funky. Read moreDO. NOT. GO. HERE. They rarely ever get an order right, and do not give you condiments or napkins/utencils in your to-go orders when you ask for them. Just in one visit: I ordered at the drive through, a whopper with cheese combo with a powerade. I recieved an orange soda at the window and had to ask for a correction. I was also charged a different amount than what the order screen indicated. Upon handing over my payment, I was asked to reverse my vehicle and back up until I was motioned forward...while they held my money. I then recieved the wrong burger. I had to park and go in. I was then given another wrong burger in the store, and went back in AGAIN. I then recieved a THIRD burger, but without cheese, although I was charged for it. The entire time I waited for a new burger, the manager was literally reciting my order to the line cooks who still got it WRONG THREE TIMES. Another customer came in at this time, with a burger in his hand, voicing his frustration at his incorrect food as well. I decided to stop wasting my time...
Read moreMom and I went here for breakfast this morning. We went in to order our food and nicely waited our turn in line. When it was my moms turn to order the lady didn't say a word just stood there and looked at her. My mom handed her coupon and placed a second order. Well the lady didn't tell her the total when she asked or even say one word to her then proceeded to take her credit card and go pay for it in drive through however it took maybe more then 5 minutes before she brought the card back. Next she gave us our food and we went to leave then we realized (in the parking lot) the order was completely wrong so we went back in and the lady behind the counter once again said nothing but gave the correct food. Sadly once again there was a issue the food she gave us was completely cold, so instead of making it fresh and hot she yells put this in the microwave for 20 seconds. This whole transaction took more than 30 minutes. No one...
