Smoothie King — Restaurant in Westwego

My experience was appsolutely horrible. I called before going to this location to speak with someone who seemed to want to run me off before hearing anything I had to say. I ordered twice by accident.. ended up paying for 6 smoothie's totaling $57 bucks... I called to try and cancel the double order... He spoke over me and said that I needed to go to the smoothie king application and contact customer service.... So I drove to this location and was greeted at the window by the same rude smart mouth boy... Asked me what was my order and I told him that I have 2 of the same orders just different order numbers.. he said... What was your order?.. I started to read the ORDER NUMBERS and was again shut down by being interrupted and spoken over .. until a 2nd guy walked up and handed him 6 smoothie's... I told the guy thank you and have a good day.. he responded ummm humm.... This place is a joke and being treated like this and still spending $57 bucks.. way to go smoothie king for NOT being smooth at all. The smoothie's...

Have to just state that Jennifer being let go is not a good thing as now I will never go back to the Smoothie King again every Friday to pick up 3 smoothies. I tried today to order a Smoothie in drive-thru waiting 10 minutes then went inside and only one person was working it seems and told me Jennifer was let go. He attempted to get the ladies help in the back since so many persons had orders and she seemed to refuse to even help him. I had been going there for over a year and Jennifer always made the business run effectively when she was there. I am a Champion Level Customer and manager for an apartment complex and this message is for Corporate, when you let good employees go your business will hurt and now you have lost over $ 150 a month from us getting smoothies....I was never any sort of friend to her and did not know her last name as she was the manager for several stores including Belle Chase. Ordered a Caribbean Way half banana and I requested it to be made thick. Bearded Curly hair guy on drive thru informed me that it was not possible to make my smoothie thicker due to recipes specifications, and that this particular smoothie “comes watery”. Mind you, there was no problem with adjusting the banana amount. I was also told by the bearded curly haired guy that if they strayed way from the recipe their company license would be pulled.
