If I could give 0 stars I would. I am from New York, here on a girl's trip. I went here because of the wonderful reviews. The young cashiers at the front were wonderful. Me and my friends ordered about $60 worth of food. We had a wait which is fine. I requested the mozzarella sticks first while we wait for our to go order. I gave one of my friends one to try and had one while I went to the Walgreens that is a couple of hundred feet away. Immediately I did not like it and threw it away. There was 3 of the 5 mozzarella sticks left. I let the front cashier know that I did not like the mozzarella sticks and she went to get the manager/owner (middle aged, late 50s, brown hair to her shoulder, medium height, medium weight (175 lbs) and immediately she was hostile. She did not apologize or seem approachable. I said "I'm sorry i just did not like the mozzarella sticks i tried to eat them but they were not that good to me" she immediately snapped back like she was offended and said "well if they weren't good then you should have know that by the first bite but you ate 2" I was shocked. I said "actually I gave one to my friend before going to Walgreens and then had one on the short walk to Walgreens before throwing it out" she said 'well I cant verify that you threw it out and we dont do refunds here. I can give you 3 mozzarella sticks" I said to her "I do not want mozzarella sticks I did not like them." She said "well i dont do cash refund unless u want a partial refund. Very unprofessional and unapproachable and rude. She ended up walking to the back after I almost used profanities and did not even hear my decision. The cashier who gave me a measly $3 refund said "yea we dont do cash refunds and you did eat most of it" (short, plus size, brown hair, young girl 20s) um excuse me? How rude. I never felt so upset. And at a managerial position she was worse than the young adults. She was so upset with me and I was polite from the beginning. Not only were the mozzarella sticks bad but when we got back to our air bnb the pizza was sub par to say the least. The only thing that was good was the size of the pizza. I am so disappointed because I try my best to be polite and cordial to all. I hope she sees this and knows that people like her lead...
Read moreThis place has gone down hill the last year. Every time i have ordered which was often my order has been wrong. But the last 2 times were the last straw. Last time I ordered 2 roast beef poboys and 2 cups of roast beef gravy. Got home and I had 2 cups of pizza sauce. We didnt even eat tye dry sandwiches with out the gravy so it was money down the drain. Called to get the issue fixed and they were closed. Today I called 34 times literally and the phone was off the hook. So I went in and placed my order. I told the heavy set lady to please make sure I got the 2 cups of roast beef gravy and nor pizza sauce like last time. Didn't ask for a discount or free gravy. Get all the way home and there is no gravy. I call and tell them the problem. The manager says want me to walk the gravy out to you. And nothing else. I had to drive 15 minutes there then 15 minutes home. Get to the house no gravy then drive back 15 more minutes then another 15 home. And no solution to the situation but sorry you should have told me when u ordered and I could have checked you ordered. This isn't burger King it's a restaurant shouldn't you be checking the orders alreay.plus the poboys were made wrong and cold by the time we ate them. And the fries had so much salt dumped on them we couldn't eat them. Save your money!!! Sorry doesn't fix the orders you messed up and sorry doesn't fix the customer that you are pissing off.i will never ever come back again. Sorry didn't fix it. Read moreSo I ordered wings with my co-workers tonight. The order was more than $50 total. My order in particular was incorrect. Instead of getting the 8 wings I ordered I received 5. So we called to get a refund or more wings. In speaking with the delivery company they shockingly said the owner refused to honor the order. So of course we contacted Mo's and as I was talking to an employee I made the mistake of asking her name. . .Silence! Followed by a very loud, very rude person who stated she is the owner. Now let me say that at no time was I loud or rude. I simply asked the employee for her name. Clearly in Lisa Guerico Arcemont"s(ownerl) world this is not allowed. So Lisa continued to be rude and loud all while telling me she prepared the order so she knows it was filled correctly. She went on to say that she had left the restaurant but had to return to handle this matter. Quite frankly I'm shocked that you would feel the need to turn around to yell at a customer over 3 wings! She never once apologized for the incorrect order and in fact was more concerned about the fact that I asked her employee's name. As a customer I expect to be treated with respect. Per Lisa she was on her way to handle a family emergency but returned to take care of this matter.
