recently had the pleasure of shopping at Nordstrom Rack in Westwood and I had an exceptional customer service experience thanks to Shahnaz. As I was browsing through the store, I was having trouble finding a bag that I had seen online. An employee with the name Shahnaz was working the register and I decided to ask her for some assistance. Not only did Shahnaz go out of her way to help me find the bag I was looking for, but she also provided me with some additional recommendations based on my preferences. Her knowledge of the store's inventory and her willingness to help me find exactly what I needed was truly impressive.
Throughout our interaction, Shahnaz was incredibly friendly, professional, and patient. Her positive attitude and excellent communication skills made me feel valued as a customer. It was clear that she takes great pride in her work and genuinely cares about providing the best possible service to Nordstrom Rack's customers. As a frequent shopper at Nordstrom Rack, I have noticed that Shahnaz is always working hard and providing exceptional service to everyone she interacts with. she is a true example of outstanding work ethic and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Went there around 330 wanted to return a bag had the receipt and tag however the tag fell off due to that the Girl I had told me she could not return the item. When I asked why she said it was because the tag wasn’t attached I said that’s ridiculous and she said for all I know you put a different tag on it. How could I do that if I had the receipt as proof of purchase. Went back to Framingham where I purchased it they returned it no questions asked. When it comes to returns this location is absolutely ridiculous. Was going to buy a Tory Burch bag there but I will not help there business if that’s how they will treat me. She wouldn’t even look at the receipt she just denied it. Absolutely appalling. Went all the way to Framingham and they returned it no questions asked and no problem. I told them about the experience and they themselves told me I should talk to a manager about it. To top it off when I was leaving I heard her talking about me to other customers. Read moreI like this store but Terrible manager, she clearly doesn’t like her job she wasn’t sympathetic or trying to help me, when I asked an employee for a coworker to help her because she was confused about something I needed help with so when she asked the woman beside for help and she didn’t seem to even care about the issue Quick simple answer and was rude. So then I asked to speak to a manager she WAS the manager, I was like she’s the manager with that attitude.. I told myself I never want to shop here again. I’m not sure how she’s the manager of a business let alone in customer service at all !!! She will make Nordstrom lose business. Never felt that way in any Nordstrom’s ever !!!
