First off there was no line to start no one announced my drinks were done. I go to pick up my cups and my hands get covered in chocolate and caramel syrup. Since the sink was right next to me I attempted to use it and the woman snapped And said donât touch that⊠I said donât speak to me in that disrespectful way. She said thatâs not your sink. NOTE the sink didnât say employees only at least not that I could see. Iâm like if you did your job correctly and not left a nasty mess on the outside of the cups I wouldnât have too. It would be more excusable if it was busy or extremely busy but it was not. By the way this was not the first time! Do they really think that customers want to pick up cups with nasty stickiness on the cups and then have to go wash their hands and clean the cups off???? I mean is this appropriate they seem to think it is! I will never patronize this place again trust and believe.    Read moreIâm noticing a lot of one star reviews and I can understand whyâŠI visited this Starbucks to enjoy a coffee with a friend, but unfortunately, my experience was not as welcoming as I had hoped. While my order was prepared correctly, the customer service fell short.
When I politely asked for cinnamon, the girl who assisted me seemed noticeably annoyed, which made me feel uncomfortable since it was just a simple request. Later, when I approached the counter again to ask for a to-go cup after spending some time there, I was met with the same unwelcoming demeanor. While I understand that everyone has off days, I couldnât help but notice that she interacted more warmly with other customers, offering smiles and engaging with them in a friendly manner.
Consistency in customer service is key, and while this may have been an isolated incident, it did affect my overall experience. I hope that all customers, regardless of the circumstances and race, are met with the same level of courtesy and...

FiancĂ© arrived at this location to retrieve our order, tastes his smoothie and was visibly not happy with the result. The barista proceeded to ask if it was okay, fiancĂ© replied, no it tastes like milk and ice, not a smoothie. Barista replied, yeah we ran out of strawberry syrup đ€·đŒââïž turned his back to work on something else. Not, right, we ran out of syrup but we can make you something different if youâd like! â the response that shouldâve occurred wouldâve occurred at literally any other Starbucks.
