Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Wetumpka

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINO’S! We ordered a buffalo chicken pizza, Italian sandwich, and cheese bread. The buffalo chicken pizza is burned and brown on the top. The other boxes had wings instead of what we ordered. My fiancé called our local dominos to let them know they gave us the wrong order (the label on the side boxes even had the wrong address) and they proceeded to say okay and set the phone down. While putting him on hold he can hear them for 10 minutes taking other orders, talking amongst themselves, etc. Also, Domino’s as a company says they will make it right but the other options you have through the app is to report it then get 20% off your next order….. how about sending the correct order. Add that to you list Dominos. Needless to say we recently got a Papa John’s and that is what we will be ordering...

Great experience whether it be pick up or delivery. Our pizza is always excellent, employees always awesome!! UPDATE: 2/16/2025--In our opinion, again, OPINION, our last several pizzas have been sub par compared to the quality of what we used to get a few years ago, so we slowed down on the ordering from Domino's. Last night, we decided to give it a try. You can't beat less than 10 bucks for an any size (to a large) any way. We felt like it was time to try again and this time went with the thin crust. Yes, I have always liked thin crust, especially the outside of that crispy crust, but last night was the best tasting pizza for the first time in a long time. We can't afford to do it like we used to, but Domino's, looks like we're coming back...

Staff at this location is excellent and super friendly. They not only make sure food quality but also keep in mind customer satisfaction. I visited yesterday with my family and order pizza and cheesy bread but accidentally i order bread with bacon and we are vegetarian. It was my mistake so i ask them if they can make another one now and i will pay for both. After they come to know it was my honest mistake with big smile they replied don’t worry and they immediately made another cheesy bread without any extra charges.

It’s hard for anyone to keep calm when they working super hard with current workload. But I find staff was very patience, nice and friendly. Very highly recommend Domino’s and especially this location. Not to mention store was very clean...
