I placed an online order through the app. I received the order in my email at 10:44 am with a 12:30 pm pickup time. I called to let them know I was going to be running a little late in picking up my order. To my surprise, they had not received it. The funds had already been debited from my checking account. So about 5 minutes later...they called and advised they have it. I said ok, fine.
I proceed to give them 30 minutes to prepare my order before getting to the restaurant. Upon entering and asking about my order...I was told, THEY DID NOT HAVE IT!!! AGAIN!!! I proceeded to let them know someone had called, and advised me they had my order. So after about 5 minutes, they let me know they had it, and was preparing it.
I sat there waiting another 30 minutes. No one said anything about my order...while a few of waitresses were going in and out the door...bypassing me...acting like school girls going to a club or concert. So I took it upon myself to stop a waitress passing by, and asked her to check on my order. Well...guess what? She went right back to the pick-up area and picked the bags up and brought them to me. I've waited OVER 40 minutes now...and no telling HOW LONG my order had been SITTING and READY.
So I get home...there were three separate orders. They left the garlic bread off all three orders, and did not put the grilled onions on the ribeye steak ordered.
I paid well for this order, and also put a nice tip on the order when ordering it through the app. I don't have anything really negative to say about the food..but everything else that went wrong, should not have.

Read more12/2/2023 - What a different experience than I had last year. I understand now why the parking lot is always empty. First when we pulled in the only waitress on duty was outside smoking weed with who I assume is her boyfriend. Just hot boxing in a Wettermark Keith car. She came in took our order and then went back outside to continue getting stoned. Our food sat on the counter waiting for her to bring it to our table for nearly 30 minutes. When she finally brought our appetizers to the table they were covered in BBQ sauce instead of the Buffalo sauce we ordered. She sat them down saying I told them buffalo but this is what they made....like ok you knew it was wrong and still brought it to the table? No thanks I'd like to get what I'm paying for.
She took the apps back and went back outside. Finally came back in brought out our entrees. No condiments for our burgers. No syrup for our waffles. Then went back outside.....I got up went to the server station and got the things we needed for our meals. No drink refills until we were finished with our meals. 2nd try at appetizers came out after we finished our meals as well. She never checked and asked if we needed anything just dropped off the luke warm food and dipped back outside to get high.
The waitress was TERRIBLE. The restaurant was also dirty the womens bathroom floor was so oily it was like ice skating to the toilet. There was no toilet paper or hand soap. The entire experience was awful.
I won't be back.

The waitress took our order and proceeded to write on her pad. My wife and I were the only customers in the restaurant. The waiteress got our orders wrong after writing them down and echoing what we ordered. The waitress put our on the table and we never saw her again until checking out. Our meal was $20. We ordered the 2 for $20 meal with drinks included. The waitress rung the meal up and the total came to $35 before a tip. I told her the price was incorrect. The waitress looked at me and then re-entered the meal. The second time the price came out correctly. I left a tip but should not have after getting next to no service, the wrong food ordered and the waitress overcharging me by $15 on a $20 meal. Was she intentionally trying to overcharge me? The owner needs to re-evaluate their employees. This happened on 4/19/25 around 5:30. Anyone eating here better watch their bills. I know that I'm not the first person to be charged like this.
