Well since they have remolded the inside it is not kid, elder, handicapped friendly! My husband, small 10 year old daughter and myself went there after church and when walked in nobody greeted us, they were to busy cooking and not taking the time to speak to us, what happened to friendly customer service? O.k. now next point they don't even take over the counter orders anymore, alot of the young people may know how to do that, but the older people dont! We saw several people come in and leave cause they didn't want to deal or know how to use the kiosk! They lost several elderly customers, I felt so bad for them! I wanted to offer my help! This one older lady probably around 85 years old, stood at the counter probably over 5 minutes, nobody spoke to her, finally I heard her say something to the worker, asking if anybody was going to help her and then they spoke to her! An elderly does not need to be waiting at a counter for an employee! The owner and manager needs to refresh his staff on proper customer service! We are supposed to respect our elders, not disrespect them!!! Don't even get me started on how heavy that door is, a handicapped, small child, elderly want even be able to go to the bathroom without assistance! My family is boycotting taco bell in Wetumpka until they improve on there customer service and BTW the food wasn't that great anyways, so the 5 or so people that just walked out...
Read moreI have been using the app recently to avoid lines and wait time at the counter but they let me down this time. I arrived at the restaurant at the scheduled ready time and stood back to watch customers order at the counter and receive orders ahead of the one I placed more than 20 minutes earlier. This experience gets a 3 BUT, if you haven't tried out their app, it's a good one...it gets a 5. UPDATE: Flip flop the ratings above. The app has continued a downward spiral. The in store staff has improved tremendously BUT they need to fire the folks that developed the current version of the app and online ordering system. This rating only reflects my ordering experience and not the instore interaction. Kept getting a message about incorrect primary payment..then I was charged without the order being forwarded to the store. The manager couldnt fix it because it never showed up on his system. I had to order again at the store kiosk and hope I can convince the company to reimburse me. I have all the texts and email confirmations so, fingers crossed they'll do the...
Read moreFor the 2nd week in a row on Sat. And Sun. During the middle of the daytime working busy meal hours. When we arrived at the restaurant, they had 2 employee's present. The drive-thru speaker was on. We pulled up, the lady, said "ThankYou, for stopping at TacoBell, due to under staffed we are closed". Ok, makes NO sense, so why is anyone even there? When we asked this, we were told " To get paid". Personally, having worked in the fast food industry, 2 people could and should have been fully capable of running the drive-thru only. Just close the lobby.I mean if your being paid??So we ask for a home office contact. We were told," It don't matter," we ask for the employee's name, and once again, we were told,"It don't matter".That is a horrible way to run a business. Terrible work ethic, "IF" that was a manager. Which would most likely be the case. I would NOT, have that person as a employee ,DEFINITELY NOT A MANAGER!!! If it were possible to rate a ZERO, For service, that's what it would be. We love Taco Bells food.BUT!! This location is...
