Dunkin' — Restaurant in Weymouth

Ordered online for drive-through pickup. We wanted one sourdough sandwich with sausage and it came with bacon not sausage. Ordered a sweet black pepper bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and wanted American cheese and they put white cheddar. I used to be a late night supervisor at Dunkin's on 3A and don't understand how you can read a order, and not make the order to what it's supposed to be. This isn't the first time this store is messed up our order. We usually go to the Quincy one on Franklin Street because we get better service with the things we actually want in our order. But with this one being right up the street it's a little more convenient. We actually have one closer to us but we stopped going to that one too because that one also always messed up our orders. It's a shame the people making the the drinks and sandwiches can't even do that correctly. It's honestly not brain science. And it shows that some people don't care about their jobs and just care about the paycheck and the money they're getting for the job they're...

Placed order on the go walk in. Gave them a decent amount of time to have ready. Coffee was ready when I arrived. Bagel was still being cooked. Appears need some extra help on sandwich station. There is an option for cream cheese on side. I requested cream cheese on bagel. It irks me when I ask for bagel prepared and cheese thrown in bag for do it yourself. I don’t care if you are busy it was not requested on the side. To top it off I am standing there waiting and its bagged and put to the side and other sandwiches for drive thru continue to be made. To me on the go orders should take priority seeing as you are creating faster service times and quicker turn over. Cashier finally asks what I am waiting for and server says oh thats here. Would have Taken 10 seconds to walk 2 steps to put nag on to go rack. Not in crazy rush but technology should speed things up not cause you to...

This dunkin doughnuts is one of the worst places to get a coffee or anything else. My husband and I got munchkins, sandwiches wraps and I asked for a coffee. The sandwiches were correct. We didn't get 25 munchkins like we asked and they cant make a coffee correct. We didn't even get 20 munchkins and I asked for a coffee with cream. I got a flavored coffee with cream and sugar. It is the worst flavor ever. Since I dont drink flavored coffee. When we realized all of this we were already at our destination and was not going to go back. So I will never go back to this...
