Parking lot just for the park at the end of the mall exit road; you don’t need to park in the F45 Gym lot, though it has more and shadier spaces. Lots of poison ivy along the north section. Very well maintained paved trail, and many well worn unpaved paths. Reversible falls is crossable with waterproof ankle-covering hiking shoes at low tide.
