Update 2022: people working here don't know what they are doing, how to remember orders, or know the menu. A single is one patty, a double is two. A sprite is a sprite, regular large coke is what it sounds like even after telling them 4 times. It's not a diet, it's not two cokes. And if you have a computer Infront of you where you take the order, how does every employee not know what the order is and have to ask us over and over? A large meal means a large fries, not a small. When we open our sandwiches it would be nice to have it not scattered all over the box. Does anyone care about the job that pays them money. Or do they just like to get paid to be people who stand around and think they don't have to pay attention to what is going on around them and for what they are getting paid to do.
2014: Food is ok when they get it right. But 80% of the time when gone threw the drive-threw, they get the order wrong. I never order more then 3-4 things.. an one always being fries. I live 5mins away an work 2mins away, on brake..i go alot. So for them to mess up that many times, is disappointing and aggravating. Read more** Attention owner(August 16th at about 330- 4 pm)The girl taking orders for the drive thru Friday and working the first window when you pull up to pay has such a stink attitude. I had to explain to her twice that she was charging too much for what I ordered and she couldn't help but get aggravated and give me a attitude when I was just trying to explain my simple order of 4 things on the 2 for 3.99 menu shouldn't cost 15 dollars or 11 dollars. After 2 minutes of going back and forth arguing with her she finally got the order right. Then I pulled up and the order was wrong lol. This is crazy unprofessional to act like that dealing with customers let alone jacking the price of the order up by 7 dollars. The owner of this franchise needs to take this serious because you can't have someone with a attitude working the window and up charging people's orders because she can't figure it out. Read moreSo went to this McDonald's the other night and had a okay experience. Use the kiosk to order the kiosk. Asked you to get a table tent and put the number in. So I did that. Well when my order was ready they didn't bring it to the table. They called the number on the ticket. Not a big deal. Restaurant was empty and it's McDonald's. After all I don't expect table service. I hate the fact that they do table service. However, if you're going to have a kiosk to ask you to put in a table tent number, do table service. Anyway minor thing my fries were hot which was good as was my filet of fish. What was not so great? Was the crispy strips. More like mcdoggy. They had obviously been kept on a warmer and then putting one of those boxes that has the heat reflection in it and they just weren't that good. In fact, I'd say they sucked. We'll never order them again. I only go to this McDonalds occasionally once every couple of months cuz it's near where I work. So it's a quick meal on my break sometimes.
