99 always provides great food at a great price - but the bartender I had at the bar today was quite bad.

I gave her my credit card with the bill, and she returned my card with my receipt to sign for a price that was HIGHER than my bill. She was also holding my card and another customer's card which were identical cards from the same bank. When I asked her why the receipt was more expensive than the bill, she told me she must have charged me for the wrong bill

They called a manager over to try to sort it out and then she said I was charged properly - so I showed her how my bill and receipt did not match. She then said she had forgotten to put an item on my bill, so she added the costs and ran my credit card for the increased amount without telling me. I"m happy to pay what I owe, but very unhappy that she handed me an incomplete bill and then charged my card for more without telling me.

She also had a very bad attitude from the moment I sat at the bar - I felt like her burden. She was not friendly and acted like she was in a super hurry anytime I asked for anything despite there only being 7 people total at the bar (and TWO bartenders to serve the 7 people). I was very disappointed at this bad and unfriendly service and will NOT visit this location again.
