Belfiore Italian — Restaurant in Wheat Ridge

I was in on 6/19, I had called on friday 6/14th to ask if I needed to order dry sausage needed 12 sticks, I was told no we have PLENTY, when I was in on the 19th , they did have the dry sausge and I also decided to get 2lbs of grated Romano, wow, was I told by the lady working the counter that I took all the Romano she had, I should of just left, but really needed the cheese and the sausage for a wedding I was catering on saturday, I would think , one she would be happy, the cheese is $15 a pound and two for the business, I guess she is making enough money and does not need too many customers , I will not go back and have already told numerous people how rude the counter help is, I will go to Vinnola, Valentes and Lonardo's where they are happy for people to buy there products, I see Belfiore's not in businees too long.

Put a smile on your face, be polite and dont yell at customers who are buying your products, you are rude and...

All I can say is OMG! I’m used to my jimmy dean sausage and I will never go back to Jimmy Dean. I had no idea sausage could ever taste this amazing! I made a traditional recipe, sausage, diced tomatoe penne . But tonight I made it with Belfiore sausage, their homade. red sauce and fresh basil.... Mind blowing! Their products are proof that it’s all about the ingredients. This is the best sausage and red sause combo I have ever had and I grew up In Sonoma, Napa country which is loaded with foodies. This sausage and red sauce would be a famous menu item in world renowned restaurants. AND it local to Wheat ridge, family owned and they sell the ingredients to make a phenomenal and impressive meal at home that everyone will be impressed by!

Delicious handmade Italian Sausage and a freezer full of other traditional Italian foods made on site. Their sausage is extremely lean, preservative free and made fresh daily. The dried sausage is the best I've ever tasted and if they occasionally run out it is well worth the wait for more. Try to get by at lunch for one of their sandwiches, named after Beatles songs they are huge sandwiches and the meats and cheeses are cut to order. All of the sandwich toppings are house made and very good and the sandwich is big enough to share with a friend. The store is owned by a young man whose entire family is there to help customers at various times. They are very friendly and are willing to accommodate most any request.
