Yuck!
Went there yesterday afternoon, the lady was sweet but took 35 mins to make 3 footlongs, normal nothing special footlongs. Two other people in line behind me got irritated with the slowness and left. I got tired of trying to explain which bread I wanted for each sandwich so I finally just settled for what she picked out. Then our sandwiches were a sloppy, soggy, greasy mess by the time we got home which is minutes away. When I called to ask for a refund or new sandwiches I was told I would need to pay for the new ones or would need to call the next day and speak to the manager for a refund. She wouldn't help me.
So today I called at 10:00 am, the line was busy, I called seven times between then and now at almost 3:30 pm, the line is still busy.
Don't eat here! By the way... My husband is sick with stomach...

He said that it comes with the rotisserie chicken now and it would cost $3.50 extra to sub it for the chopped chicken. He said the recipe changed about a year ago but I just got this sandwich less than 60 days ago at another Subway with no issues or upcharge. Read moreThe man working 5’4, dark hair, dark eyes, anger issues, was super rude today when I came to grab what should have been warm and toasted sandwiches-as per my receipt-and they were cold, horribly made, and soggy. When I asked why they weren’t toasted he gave me an attitude and refused to toast them. I tried to show where my receipt clearly said toasted and he flipped out. He is an awful employee and lazy. Throwing a tantrum instead of toasting sandwich that should clearly be served got is some goofy flex for sure. Please train your employees on how to make sandwiches.
