I'm usually fair and understanding when it comes to fast food workers. Back when I was younger these overworked underpaid jobs were how I got started in life. Learning the ropes and swerving through customer service, and I get that sometimes " One of those days" just happens. I am always a customer who doesn't complain or make things more difficult then it needs to be. However I have really had a bad time with this store. The employees change and to be fair, a manager or someone who can handle a busy shift should stay on board or at least overseeing the front to ensure the customers are taken care of. Tonight I used the online ordering, first time using it, and it was great. Ordered this way so I could run in, grab and go. But no. The lady working was filled with snide glares, very short and really had an attitude from no where. She still got us our food with eye rolls out the door in a great 10 min with only one customer in front of us. Then we get home and really... Not one sandwich was made right. So 6 foot longs and not one done right. So im a great customer taking my business...

Right off the bat, the greeting was tossing the bread onto the table and asking you, straight-faced, "What's your order?" Which channeled to the back end of the line with each person. Blunt and aggressive.
After all that, turns out the only thing they can get right was toasting my sub. Cause once it came out, they just literally threw my toppings on with such reckless abandon, even my olives tried running away. They's grab them from the pepper container and threw them back onto the sub. Once it was done, they just threw it on the counter like a mobster drops a body bag onto the pier.
Which the abuse never served to improve any of the flavor. It was...

This Subway used to be great. Its clear the management has given up. I've been eating at this subway regularly for four years or so. They used to have fresh food and fast friendly service. While the service remains friendly the food quality has slipped a lot. Its been several months sense I've been in and received fresh food lettuce and spinach is often brown, meat tastes a little fishy and today I got stale bread the end is so hard I cant eat it.
