McDonald's — Restaurant in Wheat Ridge

Since this location began renovations the service has gone downhill dramatically. Part of the reason I have always gone to this location is the friendly staff. The entire time I was ordering food for my family the girl kept asking me if that was all in the rudest tone. I don't know if they are under new management but ever since the renovations the staff is extremely unfriendly and my order has always been wrong. I ordered TWO orders of the 20 piece chicken mcnuggets and both came with at least 4 nuggets missing and I also ordered a meal with a large Coca Cola and I was given a diet Coke. I have usually called the location and gotten my orders fixed but since they were so rude it leaves me thinking that I'd rather not have my food tampered with. And the time before this I had ordered for two families and before the woman got off the speaker I heard her say "OH MY GOD" in a tone that was not friendly nor joking. I also told her AND apologized BEFORE I ordered so that she could let me know if they were going to be able to take my order and she said yes and was still angry about it. I don't know why they get like that and then complain about the minimum wage if almost the entire menu is already done before they even get it into the store😒(i know this because I've had LOTS of family work at Mcdonald's). I have tried ordering through the app before so that I don't bombard them with a big order but it doesn't even matter because the order doesn't go through until you "check in" and the app won't even allow you to do that until you are in the parking lot so it makes absolutely no difference. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS LOCATION! If I could give it a negative star I ABSOLUTELY would!! This McDonalds has just stopped caring about their customers and their restaurant COMPLETELY! All levels of Management at the Youngfield, Golden location have quit caring about their customers too, which sets a terrible example for their employees to follow. They don't check the food before they send it out anymore and almost every time it's old. Tonight they completely sent out my delivery order to a different driver & delivery company and to a different person! AND I got SOMEONE ELES delivery order from a completely different delivery driver & company then the one that was supposed to deliver it. The manager on duty all he said was sorry there's nothing he will do about it. He said he thought his employee didn't double check and handed out the wrong order but did nothing about it. This just sucks because I get delivery cuz I don't have a car to get there so now I have to wait till tomorrow to talk to another manager who probably won't care or do anything about it and also now I won't be able to order McDonald's delivery anymore because I can't order delivery from any other location!!!! THIS LOCATION IS THE WORST FOR FOOD BEING FRESH & CORRECT, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST IVE EVER EXPERIENCED AND THE MANAGERS ARE MEAN TO THEIR CUSTOMERS WHEN DEALING WITH A PROBLEM! Horrible drive thru experience on 11/11/17 at 10:00 in the morning. My husband and I wanted a nice quick bite to eat to start our day when we drove up to the drive thru and was rudely greeted by a male individual on the intercom that did not speak clearly so we did not know what he said. My husband asked if we could place our order and the employee said "wait and thanks for being impatient"...huh? When the employee came back on my husband said if we could order the hot n spicey chicken sandwiches since they had the lunch menu on the board at 10 in the morning and the rude short employee said "no were only serving breakfast". Great now this has become a memory game for us and make a guess as to what's on the breakfast menu as we only see a lunch menu. So my husband asked for the McGriddle with sausage specials and the rude unprofessional employee replies in an irritated voice"so you want pancakes and sausage sarcastically"...what's this employees problem? So at this point we just gave up on this order and this McDonald's as we definitely were not feeling the love that McDonald's like to advertise in their commercials and got breakfast from the courteous professional happy employees at Burger King where they let us have it our way. The McDonald's employee needs to just stay off the intercom and stay where he belongs hidden in the background away from customer...
