This is our go to place to pick up pizza, we do love this place but today felt like a big disappointment. The reason why I say this is because I witness a couple of employees that didn’t work professionally. First, I saw a woman sweeping aggressively and along with that, she didn’t have a hairnet on her head. Secondly, there was a young man who was at the cash register picking a nose when there was a customer paying in front of him. Lastly, there was another employee who randomly came out of the door on the phone and was preparing a pizza. I don’t even know if this employee washed his hands before making a pizza. I am concerned over this visit. I honestly wouldn’t want to return to this place again. And to whoever is in charge of the Wheeling location of Domino’s, I urge you to teach these employees how to work more professional and to follow safety procedures with food because I would hate to hear that someone got sick from the pizza because of your employees being negligent about not taking serious with making pizzas for the people. Now I’m not trying to sound like some negative customer but I’ve always liked coming to this Domino’s for years but today was the last time I’m ever gonna step a foot entering this particular Domino’s. Read moreThe delivery person Philip was rude. I have given all instructions on how to enter the building and reach my unit. He called and said I don’t know how to use intercom. I said I will guide you can you please try once. Then he started saying can someone come down. I requested to try once, then he was literally yelling can someone come down. This is the first time I have experienced such rude delivery person from dominos. So far I have seen only sweet delivery persons and I would always tip them extra. Finally I asked him to leave it a lobby but add a picture that you delivered for confirmation. He just ended the call left it at lobby without confirmation. When I went down to pick up, the order was not properly packed or in a good shape. He maintained a fighting and frustrated tone through out. This is extremely disappointing. To the delivery person - if you are having a bad day, I understand but you have no right to spoil others day and cannot be rude. Period. From the moment I walked in, she radiated an air of arrogance that was hard to ignore. She rolled her eyes at nearly everything—whether it was a simple question about the menu or a request to modify my order, her disdain was palpable. What made it worse was how condescending she was. Every interaction felt like I was being talked down to, as if my presence was more of an inconvenience than anything else. Asking for something as basic as help with the app felt like a chore to her, and her attitude left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. If customer service is important to you, I'd recommend steering clear of Monique. It's a shame, because the pizza might be great, but with service like that, it's hard to enjoy the experience.
